Answer:	If you are referring to the USB Port that comes with this keyboard and Mouse Combo it is LOCATED ON THE BOX WHERE THE FLAPS FOLD ON THE CARDBOARD BOX THAT THIS UNIT CAME IN. WHEN YOU OPEN THE BOX, THE USB PORT IS ON THE INNER FLAP OF THE BOX. IT HAS A LITTLE SLIT CUT INTO THE FLAP and the USB Port is located right there. If some of the keys are not working it sounds like you have it already located the USB Port, which in that case you may need to return it. The 1st one I purchased wouldn't come on at all even with brand new batteries that came with it so I had to return it for a quick replacement which they sent me the next day. Over-all, this is an excellent keyboard and worth the money so I didn't mine waiting an extra day for my return. The second one I received was perfect. Good Luck, but if only part of the keyboard is working it sounds like an electrical problem or defective keyboard and I recommend requesting a replacement and send the broken one back at no extra charge. You can speak with Amazon on chat and they will set up a pickup of the old one, or you can use the drop box for returns at a drop off location in your area but make sure you contact Amazon prior to your return so they can issue you the replacement or refund.

Answer:	Not sure but it would require at least an adapter from 1/4 to stereo (3.5 mm). If you can plug a microphone with a stereo input into your phone and use it then I would imagine this would work with the proper adapter.

Question:	Can you turn the LED light off as you wish
Answer:	I'm 6'1" with a larger than average head and when I put these on, they feel fine at first. But after an extended time wearing them (say, 20 or 30 minutes), they really hurt the top of my head and my ears (I wear glasses, so the sidepieces get smashed into my skin), so I have to take them off. I do not recommend to people with larger than average heads

Question:	The title says 7.1 surround but also says stereo headset. Which is it. Can you really get 7.1 surround at this price
Answer:	Using Windows 10, the headset comes preset with software in the "playback device" settings for 7.1 surround sound enhancements. Inside there are several slots for multidirectional sound and several speakers, so it is able to simulate it quite well in my experience. Overall the microphone is decent quality and the sound quality is also decent as well. I've been using it for around three months without issues.
