Answer:	Works great on PS4 controllers--I use them regularly with it. I also use it on PS3 controllers. I tried it on my Wii U game pad but it didn't really work (stick isn't long enough to accommodate the added bulk of the cover, which caused it to rub on the controller at full tilt).

Answer:	It comes with 4 grips. 2 black, 2 blue. You can either have two different colors on different controllers or have your blacks on the right analog stick and the blue on the left. It's great when someone in your family is dyslexic and they have a hard time with left and right. Answer:	No, there is no way to charge a battery separately, or charge an extra battery. However, the life of a charged battery is excellent (my wife and I have never even seen a low charge, let alone had a battery die), and the controllers fit very neatly in the cradle. Technically I suppose you could position the battery in a certain way or rig it to sit nicely on the contacts, but there's no reason to do that imo.tl;dr No.
Question:	Will this go over the thumbsticks thay have had the rubber piece ripped off
Answer:	The product comes with two rechargable batteries and a replacement battery covers for your controller. The replacement cover has a small opening in the back so that the charging base can touch the contacts on the battery without removing it from the controller. The controller just rests atop the charger. But my unit didn't function to my satisfaction. Trying another brand.
