Answer:	The sprayer head is not like the sprayer head you find on a garden hose nozzle or on some shower heads. It does not have a selection of patterns such as soaker, flat, angled, mist, shower or jet. Besides the direct stream from the faucet the only other spray pattern on the faucet head would probably best resemble the shower stream pattern found on your garden hose nozzle. Hope that helps you.

Answer:	Hello, Thank you for your question on the Delta product. Both the Stainless Steel finish and the Chrome finish are manufactured out of the same material. Answer:	What's TDS: TDS, the full name is Total dissolved solids. Also known as dissolved solids, are measured in mg/l (mg/l), which indicates how many milligrams of dissolved solids are dissolved in 1 liter of water. The higher the TDS value, the more dissolved solids the water contains. TDS and water quality are two different concepts. TDS is only a number of indicators of water quality, TDS is mainly used to detect pure water, distilled, RO membrane (reverse osmosis membrane) water purifier water quality of one of the indicators. So we don't recommend to use TDS tester to judge whether our shower filter is effective; because as you can see into our shower filter we have added Maifan stone/Medical stone, far infrared ceramic balls, they will dissolve many kinds of trace elements in the water. If you use TDS tester to test, the TDS value may increase. We recommend our customers to use residual chlorine reagents to test the shower filter result.
Question:	Will the shower walls and floor stay cleaner and not build up with residue
Answer:	There are different ways to filter/neutralize chloramines but for a shower filter the easiest is perhaps a vitamin C type shower filter. I've used them before and they work pretty well as I live in LA and we have chloramines here. Almost a 100% neutralization rate.
Question:	Which filter do I need to purchase for this when I comes time to replace the filter
Answer:	Mine last 2 months before they need to be changed. By the time 2 months have passed, the water pressure significantly decreases and the water feels hard again. If you have particularly sensitive skin, you may want to change every month. I’ve tried several brands over the years and this brand’s filter with the silver layer has been the best, but must be changed at least every 2 months with how hard my water supply is.

Question:	how often should the filter be replaced
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Activated carbon filters can remove low levels of sulfur sediment, manganese, and iron. However, maintenance and replacement of filter systems are very high because sulfur, iron, manganese and other suspended materials in the water soon clog the filter. So, while it may reduce the iron, it will not completely eliminate it and may require more frequent filter changes.
Question:	Does this shower head have really good water pressure? My hair is abnormally thick and I can’t stand hard water + how long it takes to wash my hair
Answer:	No home filters are rated to take out heavy metals, the manufacturers don't want to get sued if you have excessive contamination that they can't completely remove. You should try the filter for three days, then take a water sample and send it to the lab to see how many contaminants are left.
Question:	Does a filter come with this unit
Answer:	This is not a gravity filter. This filter works by water pressure forcing it through various chambers inside , I’m sure it will work even if its installed at any angle. That being said I won’t recommend this , ive had it for just about 6 months now and every time I use it rusty brown water comes out then clears , EVERY TIME . I complained to the company, the customer service rep says the same thing occurs in the one that she has in her own house. They are aware of this issue but will not do anything about it.

You can calculate the lifespan of the shower filter as follows: 10,000 / (Number of showers per day x Duration of shower x GPM of shower head) = Total number of days On average, Americans take one 8-10 minute shower per day, using a 2.4 GPM shower head. Additionally, the chlorine level of your water plays a part in the lifespan of the shower filter. If you have high levels of chlorine, then the lifespan of the shower filter may be reduced. I'm not stating nor claiming this is an issue with Wassa... but... when filling our your next product registration, consider some of the questions asked: Where did you learn about our product, where did you buy it, your gender, your age, your street address, phone number, email address, number of people in your household, your annual income, your interests, hobbies etc etc.. Some companies carefully frame their wording to imply the questionnaire as though it will validate your warranty, however, with any reputable company your dated sales receipt will suffice when making a warranty claim. But for the hundreds of thousands of items today being manufactured in China... trying to find the actual manufacturer, let alone one that will respond to your warranty claim could be a daunting task. The shower filter components are arranged in such a way as not to impede the flow of water and create excess pressure before the filter. But if you have a lot of sediments, you may need to backwash often to avoid a decrease in water flow. Now, please try to open the shower filter housing, take out the cartridges for backwashing for a few minutes, and then install it back into the shower filter housing, pls note that three o-rings must be restored.Besides, there's a detailed instruction inside the box. Answer:	Thanks for your question. Cartridge shall be changed every 5-6 months for 4 family members or 9-12 months for 2 family members. " I have doubts its able to remove fluoride as it takes reverse osmosis to do that. I returned it because the neck part of the head is plastic not metal and I didn't have faith in its longevity.
