Answer:	Yes, but it's hard to find. You hit "Mul" then it asks you to press 1-8 for level. Level 2 is another level that lets you separate them by table, so I'll describe that level. Then input 8 if you want to practice 8's and press enter. It allows practicing 1's through 12's. Once the drill starts, it's annoying is that you have to press enter after each answer, and also surprising that it doesn't show the correct answer if the child answers wrong. It goes until you get eventually answer each question right (for instance if you get 8 X 7 wrong it will randomly keep going back to 8 x 7 until you get it right) then says "terrific" or "super" even if you got it wrong fifty times, and shows you how many seconds it took you to go through that table.

Answer:	You go back to the website you bought it from and call or email them about it.

Answer:	The charger is plugged into the Wii console so in order to have power to the charger the Wii console must be on. If the Wii console is off, the charger will have no power and will not charge the controllers. I leave mine on and change the input on the TV if I need to charge the controllers.
