Answer:	Hi Customer, Here are some directions: 1. Note that the USB jack is designed for lighting up the headset only. To make the audio work, you'll need to plug in the analogue jacks. 2. If your computer contains mic and audio separate jacks, make sure the 2 in 1 splitter is plugged into the correct jack respectively. If your computer only contains one jack, the 2 in 1 splitter needs to be disconnected. 3. Also don't forget to switch off the mute button on the audio cable. : ) And also try to turn off all the devices and restart again to see if it makes a difference. Answer:	I think so. I bought some headsets before, but this one is the most comfortable. When I first get them they are snug, but gradually loosen up after using for a period of time. Now I wear them all the day at weekends and they don't hurt. If you wanna a comfortable gaming headset, I would recommend this one.

Answer:	I've owned for several months, and am still very happy with it. Mic quality is still great, my D2 clan mates are very pleased with it's performance, especially compared to my previous headset, lol. The wire is actually a bit long for my taste, not sure why 6ft is necessary, but I haven't had any issues with it. The headset can feel a bit heavy after long play sessions, but it's super cushy, so that helps. I shave my head, so most headsets end up digging into my scalp and becoming very uncomfortable after only a short period of time, but this one stays comfy even after several straight hours of playtime. Sound quality is GREAT. On par with much more expensive Turtle Beach headsets that I've owned in the past.

How to use it on PS4?

Answer:	Jesse, HyperX Cloud Flight headset based on RF (Radio Frequency) wireless connectivity, not bluetooth technology. Cloud Flight can only connect to one host device at a time. Either attach Flight USB wireless adapter to PS4 to use headset on game console, or move USB adapter to PC to listen PC audio. Cloud Flight does not work with USB adapter connected to PS4 and separate PC auxiliary cord attached to the headset.
Question:	Does this headest work for xbox one
Answer:	Sorry but Kingston is wrong about the Flights working on the Xbox One. You can use the included 3.5mm cable and ug into your controller or headset adapter . You do lose chat functionality and control 9f the volume wheel however. Or you can do what I did and have full chat on the Xbox One. I used the V-Moda Boompro microphone and plugged that into where the 3.5mm cable goes. Now I have crystal clear chat and full use of the Flights on my Xbox One. Also the headset is much louder than when it is used wirelessly.

Answer:	It does, but I wouldn't buy this thing in any case. It is useless except as a bike stand, and you can get much cheaper bike stands. It simply has no resistance. Even my six year old daughter says it's easy, and I found it to be a joke. The magnets are very weak. It's "made in China junk". I wanted to get a fan drive bike stand but couldn't find one. Don't wast your money on this. Period.

Answer:	They come with a 1- year warranty that you can activate when you get them, and the seller is pretty good about getting back to you and getting it replaced. I had to have my wired headset replaced before I bought this one and they had it replaced within a week or two.

Answer:	Yes, it can. I connect it with my PS4 console, works well.

Answer:	Standard warranty is 12 months, if you purchase the extended warranty within 30 days you will extend the factory warranty for an additional 24 months. Controllers carry the same 12 month warranty and some have had the controller replaced with the extended warranty but that seems to depend on the Sony customer representative you deal with.

Answer:	The PS4 only plays PS4 games on disks. Sony is now launching a service called PlayStation Now, which is basically like Netflix but for PlayStation games. Right now they are only renting out PS3 games, but it's not too out of the box to assume that they will expand it to PS2 and PSone games in the future. But for now, no, the PS4 will not play your older games.
