Answer:	Yes. The switch does not need to be used for wired mode, either.

Answer:	Yes, there's a way to change the color using the app that the mouse comes with. By default it changes to a few different colors in a cycle (it's kinda neat).

Answer:	Yes, Mamba Wireless can be used as a wired mouse with the included USB cable.
Question:	Does the new mamba have the same problem that the tournament did with the sensor jumping
Answer:	No. The Mamba TE has that problem because it has a laser sensor. Jumps happen frequently on smooth and reflective surfaces I noticed. Optical doesn't have this problem outside of potential manufacturing issues or a broken sensor.

Question:	How loud is this mouse when clicked
Answer:	Like most of all Logitech gaming products all the buttons are relatively silent. They use micro switches and when compared to background noise they remain close to not detectable. The only button that makes any clicking noise that I can tell is the button that allows you to go from a free scroll wheel to a mechanical click scroll wheel. I assume it has something to do with the clicking mechanism in the mechanical option. Other than the mouse is fine and great for gaming. I am glad I went this version since the cord is thinner and doesn't fight you when you move, a ban of existence in previous generations of mice.
Question:	My usb ports are powered when the pc is off. will the light remain on after shutdown
Answer:	You can set a sleep timer so the lights go out after a many min. You do this through the Logitech program.
Question:	g502 spectruct vs g502 hero, what's the difference
Answer:	I believe the only real difference between the two is the sensor. Functionally they operate the same, but the HERO16K sensor requires about 10x less power. In a wired mouse this won't make any difference whatsoever. But in a wireless mouse, it will make a huge difference in battery life. Unfortunately, at the time of this writing, the only wireless mouse with the HERO16K is the Logitech Pro Wireless. The G603 has the HERO12K sensor.
Question:	Have the latest versions of this mouse addressed the right click issues found in previous versions
Answer:	I have several G502s and NONE of them have ever had a right click problem and I literally do nothing but just use my mice. Never taken any apart. I use one for work and one at home, both have no problems. The scroll wheels don't free spin for as long due to something breaking down in the mechanism, they spin for awhile but not as long as when new. Otherwise, no idea what right click issue you're talking about.

Answer:	1000hz for deathadder elite I assume you know but for those who dont know... Polling rate is how many times the mouse detects positioning. 1000hz means every second the mouse reports position 1000 times.
Question:	What is the difference between this and a offbrand seven programmable buttons mouse
Answer:	A quality build with good performance and software. Cheap Chinese products are designed (generally) to make money at the highest profit margin and steal market share with seemingly good value. I've had a Razer DeathAdder 2013 edition since... well 2013. The only reason I'm looking now for a replacement is my middle click doesnt work about 30% of the time, a button I personally use all the time. Very solid mouse.

Answer:	Yes. Everything is controlled by the Razer Synapse software. So whatever color or effect you choose from there shows up.
Question:	Is this mouse good for smaller hands? 16.51cm/6.5 Inches
Answer:	I bought this mouse over two years ago and it's been sitting in a box for all but 4 months of that time. I feel like I have average sized hands and the thing is just really long. I can't hold it comfortably and still be able to hit the front thumb button. I'm back on Amazon looking for a gaming mouse because the Logitech G600 I bought to use instead died on me.

Answer:	I'm going to guess you wouldn't like it. I wouldn't want a famine sent and it doesn't smell feminine at all. It smells li,e the inside of fridge that has baking powder in it.

Question:	Is the middle mouse button supposed to be hard to push? I have to apply 3-4 lbs of pressure to get it to click. Brand new right out of the box
Answer:	The scroll lock button on my mouse is pretty easy to push for me. It should not need that much weight to push but enough to let you know that is switch from smooth to clicky. Now my wheel is a little harder to move than my G500 in scroll lock but I kinda like it especially for gaming. If you think its a problem then you might want to send it back for repair or replacement ASAP.
Question:	Isn't the laser light supposed to be on? Mines is not
Answer:	If the mouse is moving fine, then the laser is working fine. Some lasers are infrared, meaning you can't see them with the human eye.
Question:	Why do the weights leave this smell on your fingers? Are my weight rusty or something
Answer:	They are slightly Greased from the factory when they are brand new. If it really bothers you I’d recommend grabbing some rubbing alcohol and cleaning them or getting a damp paper towel and wipe them down then completely dry them afterwards. Then after you do throw them back in the case and toss them out since you will never need to add weights to your mouse in any circumstance that I can think of. Not sure why they would ever include them in the first place but they have done so since the original g502.
Question:	Besides the price, what is the difference between the 2 products listed here: se hero special edition and the hero
Answer:	Scroll wheel is slightly different but you would not notice it unless you owned a g502 before. It’s the type of material they used which gives a less grippy fell when compared to the black version. It’s very minor and id say 95% people would not even notice it. For half the price of the black version the Se model is an absolute steal of a deal. I just purchased the se model from upgrading from my non hero g502 and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.
