Answer:	Better... That's kind of a loaded question. It is an excellent mouse. I love it, the on the fly DPI settings and overall look and feel of the mouse appeal more to me than any Razer mouse does. The buttons have a very affirmative CLICK and feel to them. This one does not however have the million color RGB led lights. I was misled when I bought it, but it does change from Red to Blue to Green which is just fine by me. I could care less about the color changing. As a gamer I would recommend this mouse to any "Entry" level gamer or "Experienced" gamer alike. It for some reason this thing was to break I would definitely buy another. Oh, also I have about 2-300 hours in on this mouse. Mostly Team Fortress 2 but also other games like Guild Wars 2 and other mmo's. The programmable buttons are very easy to program and use!
Question:	What is the lowest DPI of this mouse
Answer:	You do receive a CD with the mouse, although this is for the programming settings(to program LED colors and assign keys to the side buttons) I did not have to install any drives, just plug in and go.Edit: I see what you are asking now! I believe that the Driver update means that it is an upgrade from the previous MX model mouse, hope this helps!

Answer:	I bought one for a mac, and it seemed to work fine when I was just using regular applications (the DPI settings are changeable as they are built into the mouse) and I got all of the non-primary buttons to work using USBOverdrive (you can assign any button to do anything). Now if you are actually gonna use it for games on your mac, don't get it. Whenever I started a game (any game with the exception of Minecraft) with the mouse plugged in, my mac froze unless I was in bootcamp (windows 7). I had to send it back, and the Perixx customer support said they will be releasing drivers for OSX soon and to rebuy it when that happens.

Answer:	For all the complaints and miss information about the lights on this mouse here is the answer! Once you go to "http://redragonusa.com/downloads" or search for "RedDragon Mouse software" download and install the driver software package you have full light on/off controls! Its the 4th red tab down on the left side of the panel "LIGHT SETTINGS" You do not need to take apart the mouse to disable the lights! I have had a RedDragon KeyBoard and Mouse for over a year and just got 2 more for our new systems. The Red Dragon mechanical Keyboard K551-1 is a great match for this mouse.

Answer:	I use a program called X-Button Mouse Control. It's free and simple to use. I have Windows 10 and was able to make one open up my task menu and the other as a back button.

Answer:	For almost two years I've had this mouse and I can say, 1) long gaming periods are very comfortable with this mouse, 2) left and right are very easy to click 3) having bigger hands, it's pretty light compared to say a mouse you get with a out of the box computer.

Question:	How loud is this mouse when clicked
Answer:	Like most of all Logitech gaming products all the buttons are relatively silent. They use micro switches and when compared to background noise they remain close to not detectable. The only button that makes any clicking noise that I can tell is the button that allows you to go from a free scroll wheel to a mechanical click scroll wheel. I assume it has something to do with the clicking mechanism in the mechanical option. Other than the mouse is fine and great for gaming. I am glad I went this version since the cord is thinner and doesn't fight you when you move, a ban of existence in previous generations of mice.

Answer:	You can set a sleep timer so the lights go out after a many min. You do this through the Logitech program.
Question:	g502 spectruct vs g502 hero, what's the difference
Answer:	I believe the only real difference between the two is the sensor. Functionally they operate the same, but the HERO16K sensor requires about 10x less power. In a wired mouse this won't make any difference whatsoever. But in a wireless mouse, it will make a huge difference in battery life. Unfortunately, at the time of this writing, the only wireless mouse with the HERO16K is the Logitech Pro Wireless. The G603 has the HERO12K sensor.
Question:	Have the latest versions of this mouse addressed the right click issues found in previous versions
Answer:	I have several G502s and NONE of them have ever had a right click problem and I literally do nothing but just use my mice. Never taken any apart. I use one for work and one at home, both have no problems. The scroll wheels don't free spin for as long due to something breaking down in the mechanism, they spin for awhile but not as long as when new. Otherwise, no idea what right click issue you're talking about.

Question:	Does anyone use this competetively for fps games? is the hardware based acceleration that detrimental to competetive fps play
Answer:	I've had the same issue, sometimes the mouse stand has trouble connecting to USB. That light just means that the mouse isn't correctly connected to the stand. Just try and unplug the stand and re-plug it.
Question:	Does this have onboard memory so the profiles are saved to the mouse and works after programming without the software
Answer:	Try re-installing the steelseries 3 engine again and see if it fixes it. In the meantime use the wire to charge it
Question:	Anybody reviewed or had experience with the M990? Or did it come out, like, yesterday
Answer:	That's a good question. I have my base/charging dock connected to the back of my computer via it's USB but when you go wired you take the cable that plugs into the base and just plug it into the mouse. I think the mouse communicates with the base (when wireless). This would mean you would have to have the base connected to the computer via USB.
Question:	Is this good for games like LoL
Answer:	The stand that the mouse sits on for charging is also the transmitter to the mouse. It is not bluetooth but rather a proprietary 2.4GHz wireless signal between mouse and stand. The stand connects to a USB 2.0 or 3.0 port. No lag at all.
