Cheap Chinese products are designed (generally) to make money at the highest profit margin and steal market share with seemingly good value. I've had a Razer DeathAdder 2013 edition since... well 2013. The only reason I'm looking now for a replacement is my middle click doesnt work about 30% of the time, a button I personally use all the time. Very solid mouse.

Answer:	For all the complaints and miss information about the lights on this mouse here is the answer! Once you go to "http://redragonusa.com/downloads" or search for "RedDragon Mouse software" download and install the driver software package you have full light on/off controls! Its the 4th red tab down on the left side of the panel "LIGHT SETTINGS" You do not need to take apart the mouse to disable the lights! I have had a RedDragon KeyBoard and Mouse for over a year and just got 2 more for our new systems. The Red Dragon mechanical Keyboard K551-1 is a great match for this mouse.

Answer:	Any mouse will work with any computer, but this is a gaming mouse and kind of overkill considering macs aren’t that great for gaming.
Question:	Are the page up and page down buttons able to be reassigned for different functions
Answer:	Had this mouse since 02/2018 and it's 11/2018. Have never once had the disconnecting bug to date.
Question:	Can you program the lights to stay white
Answer:	It's not a razer, which is notorious for their double clicking. I've personally never experienced that in a SteelSeries mouse and I've been using them since razer said "nothing we can do" at blizzcon when I talked to them about the double clicking. That was 2009. My original sensei still works. It's gotten a little sticky from 11 years of use, but I pulled it out of a drawer the other day and used it with my MacBook. No issues.
