  3. Materials: Dumbbell racks are commonly made from durable materials such as steel or heavy-duty plastic. These materials provide stability and support for the weight of the dumbbells they hold.

  4. Designs: There are different designs of dumbbell racks to suit various needs and spaces. Some racks are horizontal, with shelves that extend outward, while others are vertical, resembling a tower. The choice of design often depends on the available space and the number of dumbbells to be stored.

User questions & answers

Question: Is anyone using the rack for pro style dumbbells 30lbs to 80lbs range? Any issues
Answer: Mine is a little crooked, but I didn't use a square when I tightened all the bolts. But it is rock solid and I have 300lbs of dumbells on it.Make sure all of the bolts are tightened 1/4 turn past snug. If you lay it on its back and run a tape measure from the top corner to the bottom corner making an X. When both distances are exactly the same your rack will be square.
Question: My product is not level, it rocks, did anyone else have this problem? How did you solve
Answer: DBR86Rack metal pieces width = 31 1/2"Width of usable rack space = 31 7/8" (this is in between the side support)Largest width of rack = 36.5" edge of rubber foot to edge of other rubber footDistance between the two rails: 4.5" Your weights grips must be wider than thisDepth = 22.5" End of rubber feet usedHeight = 33"
Question: what is the size
Answer: I called the manufacturer and was told 800 pounds. I have two of these racks filled with hex dumbbells from 20 to 85 pounds pairs and they are very steady. At 60 pounds and heavier, only four dumbbells fit per tier, so space will inherently prevent you from overloading the rack. I may buy a third rack for the heavier ones as they really are a good value.
Question: How many pounds total will the rack hold
Answer: I don't know the exact dimension, but I am 5' tall and it comes just below my knees.

User questions & answers

Question: Is the distance between the angle iron adjustable? For instance, can I make the top rack bars closer together to hold smaller weights
Answer: Yes, you can use one layer or two layers. Thanks.
Question: when there will be new stock
Answer: It's as thin as a normal curtain. I bought it hoping it would block or at least muffle some sound and I didn't even take it out of the package before I sent it back. I could tell it wasn't going to do anything. Calling it anything more than a curtain is a stretch...
Question: Whats distance between the beams from one level to the next, the distance of usable rack left to right and total depth? Not on website
Answer: It will be in stock soon. Maybe 3 days or so.
Question: This says a 1000lb capacity but the cap website says only 300. which is it
Answer: My first thought is, it depends on the level of the noise. It is just a curtain, heavier than most curtain dividers in hospitals but I doubt it would block out loud noise much. Ours was used to create a closet space, so noise wasn't an issue.
