Answer:	I believe a brand new printer in its original packaging would include a CD. The printers I received from Amazon sellers did not have a CD. The software had already been installed on my computer so I only needed a functional printer.

Answer:	No it is an inkjet. Read my review before you buy it. It is junk.

Answer:	I've never had a paper jam. I would look to see if something got caught where the paper goes. I would also make sure all the paper is aligned correctly.

Answer:	Do not buy this printer. It does not last that long. You cannot get replacement parts for it. I was disappointed it is useless. I had to buy a hewatt Packard they are good printers. I had hewatt Packard printer before and it last more than 20 years. The only reason it mess up is I was using ink refills on it and I did not know you could not do that with hewatt Packard printers.

Answer:	Not that I know of but denatured alcohol works well. Try putting some on a sheet of paper and try and copy a blank sheet. That way no ink will be put on the paper with the alcohol on it

Answer:	Have been using these cartridges for a month now. No problems. Why have I been paying so much for toner all these years??? This stuff is exactly the same as the brand name.😊.

Answer:	No, not really. It will print, but the card stock will come out extremely curled. Dell claims that this printer can print on card stock as thick as 163g/m2, but I tried it and it comes out curled up every time. I ended up returning the printer because it can't print properly on anything other than plain thin paper.
Question:	Can you print photos from this printer
Answer:	Yes you can. Generally speaking, photo print quality of color laser printers is not as good as inkjet printers, but I was pleasantly surprised by the photo quality of this printer which was more than acceptable to me. Remember the type of paper and the software color calibration from whichever program you are printing from are also key determinants of your photo print quality. And someone mentioned resolution. This prints at 600 x600 dpi though it says 1200 dpi image quality. Either way the resolution is fine except for professional photoart jobss.
Question:	Does it have automatic duplex printing or would I manually have to flip the pages
Answer:	This printer does not have automatic duplex printing capabilities. You do have to manually flip the pages. Instructions for 2-Sided Printing (Manual Duplex Print) are on page 21 of the DELL C1760nw user's guide, which can be downloaded on DELL's web site.
Question:	Does the printer stop printing when it thinks the toner is out? Does it allow you to take the toner out and shake it to get more copies
Answer:	You can change a setting in the menu to get it to continue to print on an empty cartridge. The manual says you can damage the printer this way but I did it while waiting for new toner to arrive with no problem (and the printouts were fine).
Question:	Does the printer ship with a full set of toner? Are the cartridges low capacity
Answer:	Yes, they do ship with a full set of toner. The cartridges are normal capacity. When I went to remove the black one after it ran out of toner, it was exactly the same size as the new toner cartridge. And I was concerned as you are too, that they shipped it with low capacity toner, so I took out the cartridges and felt the weight of each and they felt full. The black runs out quicker, even though it is the largest cartridge. I still haven't run out of magenta or yellow yet. I have replaced the blue (Cyan) cartridge though. I have had the printer since August 13, 2014. I am a secretary and use a LOT of ink during my job. You can get the cartridges cheaper, too. You don't have to go to Dell. I only pay $20.00 for mine. Look on Amazon, you'll see.
