User questions & answers
Question: | do you have to have the internet to play this game |
Answer: | I believe the main game is playable without internet, but there are some optional things that require internet access. Internet isn't required to just play through by yourself. |
Question: | For the multiplayer, is it random like an MMO or do you need to actually have "friends" in your 3DS friends list? Cause I have no friends lol |
Answer: | Ok now that I've recieved and played it I can give a definitive answer/ description. You can do lan multiplayer if you want to play with friends sitting in the same room or you can play online where you can either join or host a game, in which you can either invite people from your friends list or leave it all open for people to join your party. Both are great options just keep in mind that the lan has a range that can be exceeded. We were playing in the living room and then I went out on the front porch and lost connection with the party. |

Question: | Are the songs from the first game included on here? Also how would dlc songs from the first game affect this one |

Question: | What is in the Limited Edition that isn't in the Standard? In your opinion, is it worth getting over the standard edition |
Answer: | The Limited Edition includes a music CD with 5 songs - Series Prelude (FF1), Locke's Theme (FF6), Main Theme of FF7 (FF7), Thunder Plains (FF10), and Choose Your Combatants (FFTactics)I personally don't think it makes it worth getting over the Standard unless you'd really listen to it and it's only a few dollars more. |
Question: | Any word on DLC? I really hope they put all the songs on the cartridge |
Answer: | They have announced future DLC, and here's what they are.Final Fantasy Mystic Quest - Benjamin (character), you need to import save data from Demo #2 for the game, so its free.Final Fantasy V - The Ancient Library (Field Music), Battle 2 (Battle Music)Final Fantasy VII - Yuffie Kisaragi (Character)Final Fantasy VIII - Shuffle or Boogie (Battle Music)Final Fantasy IX - Roses of May (Field Music)Final Fantasy X - Blitz OffFinal Fantasy XI - Tough Battle #2 (Battle Music)Final Fantasy X-2 - KUON: Memories of Waves & Light (Field Music)Final Fantasy XIII-2 - Crazy Chocobo (Field Music)Romancing SaGa - The Sewers (Field Music)Romancing SaGa - Four Noble Devils Battle I (Battle Music)In my opinion, the DLC is pretty good for its price, which should be fairly cheap like the original and it even brings in another SE series with Romancing SaGa, so we could even see Kingdom Hearts, Parasite Eve, or Chrono Trigger/Cross brought in as DLC at some point. |

Answer: | There is no difference between them, just that you got it before entering the markets I got it after too long for that |
Question: | Will a 19 year older enjoy this game? If so, how fun is it? And approximately, how many total hours does it take to complete the game |
Answer: | It's pretty cool especially when you turn the 3d graphics on it looks like you can almost pick the characters off the screen which sold me right away I am 25 and I still enjoy it its very much a pick up and play kind of game. I haven't played it all the way through so I don't know the hours but the number of character options will make it re playable still so even if it is short you can experience it several times before you get bored of it. |
