I don't know how, but I was one of the lucky few who refreshed the buying options page at the right time & managed to get one. By the way, this is coming from a person on the West Coast side, where we usually are the last ones to get the new amiibos. Apparently, I learned that people had to go to the actual buying options page, in order to see the Amazon listing, otherwise people won't see it at all no matter how many times they F5, which was the reason why many people missed out on Lucina, including me when it went live on Amazon on 5/29.

Nintendo has announced that they will be bringing back Marth at a later time, HOWEVER- it is most likely that he will not have the same base as the Super Smash Bros. version had or that there will be some other variant to this Amiibo upon re-release.

Answer:	It's at random. The amiibo gives you something in a chest that could range between any part of the Twilight Princess clothing set to Epona to a random weapon or collectible item. You just got to keep trying every day until you get all three pieces of the Twilight Princess clothing sets. So patience, you will get the part, eventually.
