Answer:	I think so. I gave it to my daughter when she was 2, and she was able to maneuver it pretty well. She sometimes needed some help around the corners, but she's got it down now (she's now 2.5). Answer:	Yes! Our first one fell off its axis within couple of weeks with a regular play by 3yo. Exchanged into a new one that experienced the same problem. This is a problem that cannot be fixed and causes the stroller to be looped.

Answer:	I don't have thre packaging anymore but it is definitely a shorter/smaller stroller and much past age 3 the stroller is going to be too short. My daughter is 2.5 now and it's perfect. So I would say 18months through under age 4 would be the right ages to use.
