Answer:	My son was able to support his head just fine at 2 months so we started at 2 1/2. We had to tie the crotch area together to prevent hip dysplasia and also minimized his time.(15 minutes at a time max). Answer:	I would say as one who currently has this "folded up" and "stored" that the answer is yes. It is still large when disassembled, but the ring folds, the seat part comes apart, and the poles come off, so it's fairly easy to tuck back into a closet.

Answer:	I used it for my new born she was 7lbs 8oz and she was fine on the lowest setting and I put a blanket on her sides to help made her more comfortable.
