Answer:	If the controllers are above a certain charge, the dock stops charging them. You can tell when this is the case because the light on the front changes from red to blue. I’ve been using the charger for about 8 months now and I’d recommend it.

Answer:	Not garbage works perfectly but no I think it's set to US standard. Using for about a month now with my original ps3 move controllers not sure what other guy is complaining about.
