Question:	Will this cut down on the manual work of pushing a light microfiber "mop"? Any issues with scratching
Answer:	That is why I got it. I have hardwood floors and the light microfiber "mops", "swishers" and other ones that have a liquid pump required a lot of effort and rubbing to get the smallest spots of dried dirt up. The Pullman had bristles if you are doing soap/water on a ceramic floor...no issues of scratching. If you do a hard wood floor, you place microfiber pads or clothe over the bristles to keep from scratching.

Answer:	this machine only moves dirt from one spot to another. I use it on dry tile with a heavy mat of stone dust that is very much like potters' clay. It has loosened the clay very well for sweeping with a vacuum. I expect using a sudsing agent and a wet vac would clean any thing that a lot of hand scrubbing would do.
Question:	can this be used on laminate floors to avoid streaks
Answer:	Very unhappy with mine. It's just too light to do a good job. Hopefully, you will have better luck, but it doesn't clear up streaks on my laminate floors. Sorry I bought it.

Answer:	No. You spray the cleaner on the floor and use the machine to scrub or polish. If you use the buffer pads over the brushes, they will absorb some of the moisture. I find this is the best machine I've owned for getting the floors really clean. I vacuum first then I spray some wood cleaning liquid or tile cleaner and sometimes, I dab it dry with a rag. The cleaning really lasts and I like that.

Question:	How it cleaning corners and along baseboards? Does the unit go all the way to the baseboards
Answer:	To answer your question specifically, no, the machine cannot go flush up against the baseboard and into corners because the cleaning brushes are recessed a small distance from the front edge of the machine. There is also a small area on either side of a threshold when moving from one room to another which the machine doesn't clean very well. This happens with a change from one flooring material to another (i.e., vinyl to tile, vinyl to wood, wood to marble). But, overall, these baseboard, corner and threshold areas are small enough that I can use a soft cleaning tool such as a mop or sponge, to my satisfaction. I hope this helps.Judy

Answer:	The stacked height is approximately 67 inches, 23.5 inches wide and 24 inches deep. However, in my estimation you need an additional 6 inches clearances in the back for hooking up hoses, electrical and drainage. You also need a four pronged 220 volt outlet to hook up the dryer. The washer plugs into the dryer so you do not need a separate outlet for the washer. You also need to buy the stacking assembly, which is sold separately. The instructions for installation of the stacking assembly are not very clear, but you will need an electric drill. Once you get the holes drilled and the stacking assembly aligned correctly, everything should fit into place, as it did for me. If you are installing into a very small space, the final assembly requires two people to install, and enough overhead space to get on a ladder to reach over the back and hook up the water hoses, drain hoses and electrical cords before sliding everything into place. I suggest you leave enough room in the front to keep the washer door open when not in use so it dries out and to avoid build up of mold. It is also important to following the instructions for periodic cleaning of the dryer. If installed correctly and cleaned on a regular basis, the design, engineering and operation are fantastic. When the dryer is finished your clothes will feel slightly damp. If you take the clothes out of the dryer and hang them up they finish drying very quickly, within a minute or two. Or you can simply restart the dryer on the same setting and the clothes will finish drying automatically for a few more minutes before the dryer again shuts off.

Answer:	For my use, (my opinion, I guess), I like to use the daily shower cleaner by Method, which is the Ylang Ylang scent. This is such a pleasant scent for daily use & I prefer that over the one you are inquiring about for day to day use. The Method Daily Shower cleaner does an excellent job, BUT I also use the one you are inquiring about, which is the Method Tub & Tile Spray. I use that in our other bathroom, about every other day. I think that one is a bit stronger, both cleaning & scent, & I like it for my husband's shower due to the harsher soaps he uses & the sometimes "meltdown" of his bar soap, which really builds up quickly on Italian marble. By using the Method Tub and Tile Spray, Eucalyptus Mint spray, on a every other day basis, I keep up with the residue with minimal time & effort, plus, no matter how hard I try, I cannot get his bathroom or even just his shower sprayed/cleaned on a daily basis. No, I'm not OCD, but I also don't want any type of mold growing, and it takes time & attention to bathrooms, frequently, here in central Illinois, to prevent molds. We are a high humidity climate when its warm, so I keep a close eye on the showers. Hope this helps.
