This means you could place a load on the battery of 3 amps and the charge will last approximately 1 hour before losing usefulness. another way is you could place a 1 amp load on the battery and it will last approximately 3 hours. in this case the starting load is high but for a relatively short time (hopefully) before the mower starts and the battery is being recharged(?) I don't remember if the mower charges it at all or if you need to plug in the wall charger as needed.

Answer:	Hi, I don't know the answer to your question, but I bought this battery a few months back. I'm sure you've considered that the spec sheet you have is a typographical error. I didn't read the spec sheet, if one came with it. I checked MightyMaxbattery.com, and it states 320 CCA for this battery. I didn't test the battery for 320 CCA, either. I am satisfied with this battery, although it is a tight fit. The starter solenoid to my father's John Deere riding lawnmower was going out, and I replaced that, first, but I didn't buy it from John Deere (always pricey). With the new solenoid and battery, it starts well.
