Answer:	Not sure of the exact measurements, but it's a normal size adult cuff. Pretty standard. Wouldn't be appropriate in my opinion for child size arm or larger arm. Hope this helps!

Answer:	The ear pieces are softer but still hurt. I have not found any ear pieces that don't. I am afraid the ear pieces have to be rather ridged in order to hear the proper readings.

Answer:	This item slide on to my stethoscope with no issues. I was able to tighten it once in place and have had no issue since doing so. It stays in place and I have not tried to remove so I can not see if there is damage being done but, I love this.
