Question:	Does it ride well in grassy rough terrain? I bought a quad for my son at Walmart a couple years ago and it was awful it had no reverse whatsoever
Answer:	We haven’t had it outside, it’s a Christmas gift. But I can tell you the tires threads are thick I would say it would be better in grass so the treads wouldn’t wear out on black top fast. Hope that helps 😊
Question:	how do you charge it
Answer:	There is a charger supplied with the unit. It is a relatively small 110v transformer that plugs into a regular wall outlet, and the other end of the cord plugs into a small recepticle just above the rear wheels. It takes about 12 hours for a full charge.
Question:	Do these come with decals already on? Seems like we may have gotten an already used unit
Answer:	No, we placed our decals. I actually was not satisfied with this item, less then 3 months after purchasing it just stopped working and I tried to contact insurance that I payed and could never get anyone so it was a total waste of my money
Question:	Where do you place the cotter pins since the axles are not predrilled
Answer:	The only cotter pin mine came with was for the steering shaft, to keep it from coming back up through the head-piece. The axle nuts in mine were nylon lock-nuts so they don't need to be pinned. If your kit did not have nylon lock-nuts, I would suggest getting some to replace the regular ones.
