You can try to turn off the other speaker and try to turn off and turn on the problem speaker and bluetooth on your phone. After you pair it with your phone, then you can need to turn off bluetooth on your phone and turn on both speakers so that they can pair with each other first. You might need to press the power button on one of the speakers. After pairing, you should be able to hear some beep sound and the top LED on one of the speakers will change from flashing to steady status. Then you can turn on the bluetooth on your phone and connect to NULED to stereo music. After pairing, then next time you can turn on both speakers and they will connect to your phone automatically.

Of course this requires a cable with 2 rca plugs on one end and a 3.5MM plug on the other. This should work. Depending on the tv you can go into the settings to turn off speaker.
