They repaired it on the spot and also replaced the ear pieces with an updated part having ear buds which will not unscrew and get lost . It took about ten minutes. All free of charge. Answer:	Yes. I am hard of hearing also. This stethoscope solves that problem. I wear hearing aids but just take them out to use the scope. They might sell adaptable ear pieces for hearing aids but I didn't bother checking. I checked my B/P's vs automatic B/P's several times and got the same readings.

Answer:	The cut of this ski bag is designed for alpine skis, and I purchased a 170cm bag to safely transport my alpine skis. If you were to purchase a bag that is somewhat longer than your cross country skis, it might work, although it may still be too narrow to accommodate the shovel tip on a classic ski. I feel there are better options for nordic skis.

Answer:	I was going to return the toilet lid and little rug in front of it.. but I think you can only do it as a set.. I would send it to you if I could.. most likely going to end up donating it to good will..

Answer:	I’m guessing some people misread the question. It absolutely does hinder the “seat” from staying up because of how thick it is. The toilet “lid” will stay up fine.

Answer:	I bought the standard size for my smaller toilet and it fits fine. It does not fit on my elongated toilet seat however in my guest bath. You should measure your toilet seat lid before buying. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Right. Have the same issue. There's no way you can't notice it, and yet the other commenters here have no idea what you are talking about. Obviously, it's not a volume issue, as the volume is preset and can't be changed in my OS. Also not a video card issue as it is audio problem. I think the two of us just got defective units. I'm sending mine back.
