Question:	Where do you get the cleaning tablets
Answer:	This product is a pre-wash solution. Use about a teaspoon of solution in a bowl of hot water, then pour the solution into the hose from the bowl. Let it sit 5 minutes, then rinse with hot water. Hose is now ready for regular wash. I use ivory liquid dish soap for 2 or 3 passes, and finish with several passes of hot water for the final rinse. To dry your hose after cleaning, hang it over the back of a door and let it dry out for 5 hours. Shake it several times during the 5 hours to help the water move out. If still damp when it's bedtime, let your cpap machine finish it up. But 5 hours should dry your hose. (I use ivory dish liquid my choice, as it works well for me for the last nine years). By the way, you need to do this once a week at the minimum. The solution seems to make things even cleaner. I plan to use it on a regular basis. Its good to wash away that odor from new cpap equipment as well.

Instructions For Use: 1) Mix two capfuls of the pre-wash with a gallon of warm water in your sink or a large bin. 2) Place your mask, hose and humidifier reservoir in the soapy water. 3) Rinse thoroughly in clean water.

Answer:	I am assuming that this is for using the SoClean cpap cleaner. 1. Your cpap has to have a clear hard plastic removable humidifier that looks like your adapter. 2. If you follow the directions, you can get them online too if you don't have them, you will need to locate the little tube hole as shown in the picture for your adapter. 3. One side of the tube hole sticks down to the inside. This is where you cut back the small black rubber tube to fit inside. Stick it on the little hole. When you swap out the regular top for the adapter top it should almost touch the bottom when closed. 4. The top part of the hard tube hole that sticks out to the outside, this is where you attach the long black rubber hose. The clear thin tube that looks like part of an IV drip should be 1/4 of the way down the long black rubber hose. Note that there is a label on it that indicates which side points to the cpap side. 5. The other end of the long black rubber hose attaches to the back of the SoClean. 6. Now that you have the adapter attached to the bottom part of the hard clear plastic humidifier, make sure that it is closed and put it back in place in the side of the CPAP. 7. Then put your mask and regular top of the humidifier into the SoClean and turn it on. 8. If you do not have a humidifier on your machine then I would look online with SoClean for different instructions. Hope this helps. I took pictures to show you but there is no place for me to post them. I hope my description is clear enough. I actually had to look online to connect one of my old cpaps that has a very different humidifier. It was confusing to say the least.

Question:	How long does the uvc lamp last? can it be replaceable? if yes, where can i buy it
Answer:	Yes, the UVC bulb is replacement able. and also, the UVC bulb in this product is a cold cathode lamp with an average life of 15,000-20000 hours. Unless in very special case or broken, it will not damaged. In addition ,we provide a 2 year warranty for this CTUV-02 SterileTote, if the UVC bulb have any problem, i will send a replacement for free.
Question:	why is there only 1 rating for this product
Answer:	Folks might be a little busy right now. When I purchased the UV-C Light UV Cleaner Bag there was quite a bit of info. Also, I wanted UV-C, 'C' being the important part for my needs and the 'C' wasn't the easiest to find, especially in this size. I wanted to get shoes, melons, etc., inside; not just electronics.

Answer:	Yes, it may be better to disinfect them separately. Because UV-C rays only travel in a straight line, if put them together, they may be blocked due to overlapping and cannot achieve a good disinfection effect. The recommended method of use is to sterilize separately, and open the object, sterilize it once for outside, once for inside. If can open the object completely and let the UVC light shine on its surface, then 5 minutes once is enough.
