Answer:	This can be tricky if you have never seen it. The steering wheel is attached to the front wheels using a compression fit. This is done by using something called a collet. The nut on the top of the wheel as it tightens, moves a tapered shaft into this collet, which expands outward to grip the inside of the tube. If you take the top apart, you can see the collet and how the slots will expand outward as you tighten the nut. It works very well. Question:	Can you ride it in the snow
Answer:	Yes, constantly. And at the least opportune times. This is a great little car but the steering bolt is a problem, and I am unable to find a replacement anywhere (we lost ours).
Question:	Can you adjust the max speed for a child learning to ride
Answer:	Mine did this at first. The bolt wasn't quite tight enough to start so it just kept spinning and wasn't attaching to the car. Try to tighten the nut/bolt just a bit before inserting the handle into the wheel shaft. Should tighten and stay tightened this way. At least this has worked for me on both that we have purchased. Also use a screwdriver through the hole on the "tool" provided. This will allow you to tighten it significantly more than without and it should stay tightened.

Answer:	It does not.. Each individual light has its own wire and then connects back into the control box where all the existing neon lights in this kit connect. I did not see any extra wires that connect to the brake lights. It’s just a neon kit for the 8 neon lights only. “It is a Nice light kit” I was happy very with it and had PLENTY of wire to go from front/back to the the connection point by battery so middle of the cart.
