Answer:	I have had this bike for nearly 2 years and use it more often than I go to the gym. The right pedal has started clicking midway through workouts (I'm on here researching how to fix it), but otherwise it is as solid as the day I put it together. Answer:	my wife has a 24" inseam short legs she is 4'11" If I can order a second #8 on parts list that is the seat slider. I can modify the second one to fit her. The seat slider has a square tube that has a round "S" shaped rod welded to it. I would Modify the "S" rod by cutting it about 1" or so above the square tube or just about where the "S rod starts its first bend, by cutting the rod off there that would shorten the seat height by about 3" to 4" lower than stock and also move the seat height forward about 2" to 3" or so. I am only going by the pictures as I do not have one of these bikes yet for exact dimensions.

Answer:	The issue with this bike is if you use it regularly like 3-4 times a week for 30-45 min each time, it will break in 6 months. There are consistent reviews from folks in the negative review section who talk specifically about the left crank and pedal coming loose. It’s a known issue that the company refuses to fix. I myself had this issue and emailed them within the warranty window. They did a go around with me for months, refusing to answer in a timely way, not helping me find info like the serial number and parts numbers that I apparently needed to submit etc even tho I asked multiple times for assistance, until the warranty window closed and then they make you pay for everything. So suggestion - go with another bike. This company is terrible

Answer:	I purchased a Coosh 700 memory foam cover and it fit fine however I still found the seat very uncomfortable for extended time. Purchased a Schwinn Ergonomic Adult no pressure seat and found it to be the answer!

Answer:	The angle of the backrest IS ADJUSTABLE on the R618 model. There is a lever under the seat which controls a hydraulic cylinder. Simply pull the lever, lean back or forward to adjust, then release the lever.

Answer:	This machine was very easy to assemble, the instructions were very clear. The only assembly you have to do on this machine is the "foot" portion of the frame which is two pieces that bolt to the front and back, the seat frame and seat which are 3 pieces along with the seat adjustment lever which just screws into place, the display and frame portion that holds the display which is 3 pieces, two plastic caps which snap into place, and the pedals. The Frame, seat sliding mechanism and the major components of the bike itself come pre-assembled. The connections for the electronics are self explanatory, there are only 5 connections to be made and they can not be confused due to the style of connectors. This bike only took me approximately 30 minutes to put together as it comes 90% pre-assembled.
Question:	Is the angle of the backrest adjustable
Answer:	If this explanation doesn't help, then please contact our XTERRA Fitness service department at 870-336-4286 and we will walk you through tightening your seat. After assembly is completed and the seat position is adjusted and tightened into place, it should feel very solid. In step 6 of your assembly steps, the seat pad slides onto a round seat post during assembly and it must be tightened completely. If you look under the actual seat itself there are two bolts that allow the seat bracket to tighten around the round seat post. This assembly step in the owner's manual doesn't provide detail on this, but once those two bolts are tightened around the round seat post, you should be able to use the front/back and up/down knob adjustments to further tighten and secure the seat where you want it. The front/back adjustment knob simply turns to tighten. The up/down adjustment knob acts like a pop pin when loosened...once you get the height adjusted and the pop pin fully engages, you must turn to tighten this knob to remove any play in the seat post.
