I cut the rear snout off behind the flange and put my bag on past the flange and it doesn't loosen. Answer:	----Its not the drill, It's the BIT ----Hanson makes particular bits for drilling plastic, with any drill regardless of voltage, and theyre available most any good hardware store or Tap Plastics. They have a particularly pointed tip, so don't ever attempt to ever use them on wood or metal, as doing so would render it crapp for plastic use from then on. I have 1/8, 3/16, and 1/4 in my arsenal, and they pretty much cover any plastic, ABS, PVC, and especially Plexi-Glas projects I encounter. Yeah, they're a buck or two higher than regular bits, but they also wont crack your pretty plexi-glas project all to hell like a standard twist drill bit will.

Answer:	I had an oportunity to use the 18V when I installed the railings on my father in laws staircase. I worked absolutely great but I had to keep switching batteries and kept one on the charger. He got it last Christmas. I told myself then the Dewalt was far superior to the two brands of portable drills I was using that I was going to get a Dewalt for myself. Honestly, when I ordered the 20V I assumed it was the same as my father in law had but his was the 18V. I would be happy with either but the 20V I have is smaller in size and lighter than the 18V that he has. Plus the 20V lithium batteries last a long long time before you have to recharge but then again replacement batteries are expensive. I just used the 20V to build my garage and so far I've only swithed batteries 5 times and that includes all the siding, drywall, wire routing. BTW I use the new star bit screws for everything they are far superior to phillips and I have given all my boxes of phillips screws away; along with my two "other brand" cordless drills.

Answer:	As of March 22, 2020 the Description clearly says it comes with two batteries... "...The tools weighs 3.6 pounds and contains 2 20 volt Max compact Lithium ion battery packs "

Answer:	It doesn't run directly off 120 or 220. It runs off the 5 Volts from the USB output of a laptop or USB power adapter. So if your adapter is 220, it will be fine. So whether your adapter is 120 0r 220 both will be putting out only 5 volts through the USB output

Answer:	I have charged Rayovac, and other commercial brand than I do not remember right now, no issues..... slower that other changers, but charging them better.
Question:	Does this charge a 20v max lithim ion lb2xr
Answer:	Yes. It worked for my other batteries. I had rayovac, energizer, and Duracell batteries. Some of them were defective so it didn’t charge all of them. But if they are good. The charger does work for other batteries.
Question:	will this work with black&decker lbxr20v max
Answer:	Hey im an electrical engineer and i figured i could help a bit! When they refer to the overcharging problem when charging multiple batteries this is due to having multiple batteries in series when charging ( which is also why some chargers require you to charge in pairs) if i were to guess they got around this by just setting up multiple charging circuits in parrallel. now you may ask why if you could do it in parallel would you do it in series? well essentially if you charge it with 2 in series it takes half the components 4 in series and your at a quarter. personally the actual components in these are probably like 50 cents with like a 3 dollar assembly cost and 50 cents injection case. so i really dont understand why anyone would do it in series. so yeah realistically this charger will work absolutely fine and you dont need to worry about charging multiple batteries.
