Answer:	I purchased 200 lbs, but didnt need it since this isnt the sandbox my granddaughter recieved. This is the one I paid for but they sent her a small sand and water table.

Answer:	Exterior is 48" x 38 ". The interior is about 44 x 37" and angled at the corners for the seats. We've had ours for years and it's held up super well. It's in the sun about half the day and that might help how it's worn. But kids and dogs have climbed on the lid (I try to keep them off) and no cracks yet. The seats are more for me and although small, are tolerable for a while. Was just out in ours yesterday with 2 grandkids. I like ours much better than the ones you usually see and it fits with our sandstone-type brick work we have here.

Answer:	I have Kinetic sand in mine because ours is in the house. The excavator doesn't really pick up the sand because the sand is too heavy. The kids don't seem to care and still play with it.

Answer:	We put one bag (from Lowes) in the sand table and no water. The grands have fun with it on both sides. It is on our patio and with more sand, it would be harder to move. One bag is enough for them. They do like to put the sand down the hole where the umbrella goes so you might want to put something to catch the sand.
Question:	Can you do water in both sides? The reviews have me a bit confused about leaks, drain, and plugs
Answer:	One side is for water and the other is for sand. Only one side has a drain plug. My son likes to scoop the water to the other side and likewise the sand. So, yes you can do water on both sides, it won't leak out. Some say it leaks thru the holes for the legs, but that's not the case for ours. Hope this helps!

I bought two of these, one for my daughters house and one for mine. My daughter's doesn't have the sand section. We just use both sides with water instead of buying sand at my house.

Answer:	I'd say the water goes about 7 inches deep. I usually only have it at 3 inches and it allows for great, fun water play for my 2 1/2 year old. I keep it outside so I fill it with a garden hose. It probably would take about two gallons to fill it to 3 or 4 inches deep. It provided hours of fun for my granddaughter. It's easy to clean and store away for the winter. It's a perfect size. I've seen other ones that were too big. This is perfect for two or three children to play in at a time.

Answer:	No holes. We just used a power drill with a screwdriver bit to insert the screws. It would be very hard to assemble this with only a manual screwdriver. The pieces does have little indentations to show where the screws are to go.

Question:	Do preschool chairs fit in/under these? Wondering if we can use these as sensory bins, but then snap the lids on &turn it into a writing center
Answer:	The legs are adjustable in height, but some chairs don’t fit right under because of leg positions of chairs & tables. My kids use these as tables as well though with their preschool chairs (at home). They get close enough it works for them.
Question:	Do the lids snap on, or do they just sit on top? Are they easy for the children to remove
Answer:	The lids do not snap on, easy removal for children. I purchased clips to secure the lids.
Question:	Can the two bins/stands be separated
Answer:	I don't believe so. They are bound together at the legs. I suppose you could cut off the binding and I don't see any reason they wouldn't stand separately then.
Question:	Can the bins be removed from legs for easy cleaning
Answer:	Once the frame was put together, we just pushed the bins into place. Rather than take this apart, it's easy enough to turn it on its side, hose it out, clean it with a bit of dish soap and rinse it.
