Answer:	Our arrived sealed in a plastic bag, but there is only the snow blower cover inside -- no storage bag for the cover. However, I don't really think you need one. It's covering the snow blower 99.5% of the time and you just remove the cover to use it and then put it right back on.

We tried using this on our 18-inch Snow Joe and have to use bungee cords to keep it from constantly blowing off as it is so light weight and every gust of wind loosens the pull cord and lifts right off the snow blower.
