| Answer: | Anything that can mate with a Boston valve can inflate one of these tubes.We used to inflate our tubes manually (by breathing into them) which was a massive pain in the rear - if you're a smoker or have asthma you may be able to do one, but it takes a long time. Much better is to get a DC (car adapter) blower for a Boston valve, get a Schrader valve to Boston valve adapter and pump it up with a bike pump. |

Tube Sizing: Small tube inflates to 32" and is suitable for 50- 90 lbs (this tube is best for summer months). Medium tube inflates to 36" suitable for 120 lbs or less. For very small kids, tube works great in water but the kiddos may be too light weight to slide well in snow. They can hitch a ride with an adult on larger tube. Large tube inflates to 40" suitable for 120-200lb. X-Large tube inflates to 45" suitable for individuals up to 280 lbs and our largest is now the 68" which is for multi-person play. Tube may come packaged in a poly bag, as the cardboard box is phased out in 2020.

| Answer: | Inflation time depends on whether you will be using an air compressor or something like a manual bike tire pump. The large tube takes a few minutes with an air compressor. The tubes are filled through a standard Schrader valve. You can release air through the valve relatively easily. We bought 1 of these and 3 of the 48" and have been using them on a class II River all summer with no problems. |
