Answer:	Yes they can! I usually keep my legs in the water for a little exercise. I've had many chairs for the pool and this one by far is the best! The seat is mesh so you are in the water and staying cool.

Answer:	If you wish to use the footrest, then yes. I have 4 of these in my pool; Friends 5' tall to 6'3" tall have used them and were very comfortable. The 5' tall person's feet couldn't touch the footrest so she instead used the side bars to rest her feet. These chairs are very comfortable; the sling seat is roomy and the headrest is perfect, you aren't laying flat. They hold air for a very long time. Good product!!

Question:	When you lay on your stomach, does "pillow" part hold your head above the water
Answer:	They sink. They are dive sticks. They each travel different distances through the water though (but not on top) so that they land in different spots. They basically never sink straight down.

Answer:	well, it looks like now they are 4 for 4.99. yes, there is four in the package.
Question:	How long is the float? When they first came out, they were longer, the ones that I find now are about 60 inches, looking for one 70+ inches long
