Answer:	I see this is an older post, so my answer may be a little late - but figured it wouldn't hurt to share: Per the documentation, it says the three preinstalled 120mm 5V ARGB front fans can be controlled via the motherboard synchronization software or the RGB switch on the top of the I/O port.

Answer:	Mine did not either. Also, documentation was extremely lacking on how to use the other cabling that was provided with the case.

Answer:	I like this case but it is no go without at least 2 5.25" externally accessible drive bays for DVD/Bluray. In addition, there is no where to mount a USB 3.1 Gen 2 5.25 front panel. It's like they designed in everything and forgot about 5.25" accessories or something.

Answer:	I'm not sure what those numbers are from Amazon, but Thermaltake's numbers are by far closer to reality. Actually, I think Thermaltake's numbers are pretty much spot on, but the height and length numbers they're quoting have the back thumbscrews and bottom legs included. The actual shell itself, yielding usable space, is roughly along the lines of: L x W x H = 16.25 in. x 12.6 in. x 12.6 in. Again, those are rough numbers, but when you add in the thumbscrew and leg lengths, you end up with approximately the measurements given by Thermaltake.Amazon's numbers are simply wrong.

Answer:	Yes this case supports the installation of up to 4 Blu-ray sized drives. Which is just around 5 1/4 I believe. Doesn't matter if they are cd-rom, dvd-rom, blu-ray or some kind of hardware as long as it fits a standard computer drive bay. The front panel has 4 removable brackets that allow installation of just one to four or none, whatever you prefer. BTW, I love this case.
Question:	Do you have to turn off your computer to use HDD Docking Station, putting drives in and pulling them out, is it safe
Answer:	I can say, without thinking, I pulled the drive out while the computer was on. It rebooted my computer while the drive was still spinning in my hand, which was quite difficult to hang onto. Having done that, I feel it is pretty safe to say that you cant do it safely with a 7200rpm disk.

Answer:	The case only supports SFX power supplies. The Corsair RMX850 is ATX12V and is too large.
