Note carefully: 1. That no mention was made what the non-stick coating was made of, and 2. Lana said that if you're leery of non-stick coating, then go with the Omni, and not with the Omni PLUS which has the non-stick coating.

Answer:	It doesn’t smoke. I put a piece of bread on the tray when I baked the bacon in it the first time because I read that it would. (I cooked 20 oz of bacon by cutting the pieces in half and putting them in the rotisserie basket. 1/4 of the bacon at a time.). The second time I air fried it and didn’t put bread and it didn’t smoke.

Answer:	It doesn't say anything about watts, but it has 2 different cooking modes: Dual heat mode with fan, and grill mode. We have used both and have cooked from steaks to fresh french fries. As long as you follow the directions and use oil as directed, it cooks everything great. We love it!
Question:	Can the tumble feature be toggled on and off
Answer:	Great question! You can select the tilt of the air fryer for tumbling in the bowl or select the no tilt and insert a grill rack. The grill rack will not tumble and is awesome for baking cupcakes, steaks, and other items which you don't want to tumble. Answer:	NO! This is a wonderful oven, but it has a lot of drawbacks. First off which is the size. Most full size pans will not fit. I could not find a way to bake both layers of a two layer cake at one time. like a toaster oven you can not use parchment paper . I love this oven and am glad I bought it , but no way would this do everything a regular oven will. It is terrific to complement cooking when you want to bake a pie or side dish when other oven is in use.

Answer:	The NON-STICK COATING on the inside walls does not make contact with your food, or vaporize at high temperatures. It is for ease of clean-up, so not a health problem to even worry about you guys. The racks are chrome plated steel, so no chemicals or non-stick coating there. I would recommend to pre-bake out any impurities or "Temper" the oven by heating it empty at max high temp convection for 1 hr, opening the doors to ventilate every 15 minutes.
