Question:	Where’s this chair shipped from
Answer:	The one i bought doesnt seem to get hot enough for me to worry about any risk of burn but you will need to somehow tape it to the bottom pf the tank because the adhesive is weak when it heats up and it will fall off. I used metal HVAC tape to keep it under the tank.

Answer:	I do have Cats on my patio that sometime sit on the chairs with the plastic seat covers. So far I have not had any problem with the plastic, the plastic is much thicker than the heavy duty plastic bags I was using prior. Also, the cats do not seem to like this plastic and I find they spend much less time on the chairs now than what they were doing before with the heavy duty bag covers I was using.

Answer:	No & it gets way too hot to leave it under the tank. I have the cord stretched over the top so the pad hangs down on one side. It has helped to warm the tank up, but it's too hot to leave it under the tank. Your animal will get sick & it starts to melt - even at the lowest setting.

You will probably need to get at least one ceramic heat emitter (and a thermostat) for 24hr heat control, and, as stated, a basking UV heat bulb for the day time. A Kane heat pad may work as well, but you have to have a thermostat for that too so you don't cook your tortoise.

Answer:	I've hadn't mine for just over a year. After about 6 months the fabric began to peel away from the foam. However, a quick pass on the sewing machine fixed it right up. I sewed all of the edges (except for the nose, for comfort) and so far it's held perfectly well. It's still as comfortable as the day I got it and I haven't even used the second pair. Question:	Can you rock in this chair
Answer:	I actually sleep w/ my eyes open all the time. Which causes SUPER dry eyes & that was precisely why I started wearing an eye mask.
