We have rebuilt the Kitty City in many different shapes and combinations, and which ever way we manipulate the structure it still holds the weight of our cats perfectly fine. Our cats will get a running start and jump/swing onto the the scratching posts and romp around the Kitty City just fine. The cats will also get into some intense play fighting on the Kitty City platforms and it has withheld all of their crazy fun. Your feet might dangle off a little bit, but I wouldn't say it'd be uncomfortable just depends on how straight you sit up while on the float. Great quality. |

| Answer: | I just blew mine up by mouth. It took about 5 or 6 minutes to inflate both sections. You do need to do what others have mentioned - Pinch the valve stem until you can easily blow it up with your mouth. You'll be able to hear the airflow going into the raft. It took me about 2 minutes to realize it was inflating. I have a hand pump and electric pumps, but they were not needed. The trick is to pinch the body of the valve right past the hole that you are blowing into. |

Much better is to get a DC (car adapter) blower for a Boston valve, get a Schrader valve to Boston valve adapter and pump it up with a bike pump. |
