| Answer: | No primer in the paint or the kit but none needed as long as you make sure that the metal that you paint is clean. I used a metal cleaner and a wire brush and the results were great. Its been over a year and the brake calipers I painted have not flaked or faded. I did apply a clear coat. |

| Answer: | This hoop is made from plastic. It's also heavy & comes with instructions may cause bruising. Which it did to me. I overcame the pain. I started out 15 minutes then rest. I suggest you get a thin waist belt it's much smoother and feels better. The more you practice the longer you can go. I did up to an hour. But i believe the actual time to hoop is 15 to 20 minutes at a time. |
