Answer:	The length of the entire net (string to string) is probably 30-32 feet long, however the actual "net play area" is probably about 20 feet, so if your pool is wider than 20 feet, you will have gap on either side but that is not a problem. I have mine across a 26' wide pool and it works fine. It took me a long time to find set that can reach across large pools and this one worked. Hope this helps

Are the units you are comparing both sold and shipped by Amazon? Sometimes the offers on Amazon are from 3rd party sellers which can also affect the prices (up or down) We are not sure which game you are comparing this to, but this one, for in ground pools, does include 3 bases, compared to an above ground unit would come with clamps of perma-top mounts which make a difference in cost/price. Question:	I need to buy a new rim ! the back board is in great shape after 2years . but the rim broke ! wher can i order a new rim from
Answer:	I had the same problem last summer. The rim broke after 1 year. I couldn't find a replacement one anywhere on line. I ended up just using a rim from an old backboard that the kids never used. My husband had to drill some new holes in the cool jam backboard for the rim to fit but it was a quick and easy job. The new rim is much stronger than the original one and is holding up much better when the kids hang on it.

Answer:	The backboard is heavy-duty plastic. Very rust proof!
Question:	Can you hang on the rim if your under 150 lbs
Answer:	My son and his friends did from time to time, but only briefly. The one time a friend did hang for longer than a second or two (and he was about 110 lbs), the entire thing fell into the pool. The issue is not the quality of the rim...it is heavy duty just like a typical rim on a regular basketball hoop. The issue is that you can pull the entire apparatus over by hanging on it. Even with water filling the base, it is not heavy enough for someone to hang for an extended time. Also pulling down on it repeatedly can bend the rim.
