Two points to share: 1. I had to file the cable end fitting a bit to get it to fit into position on the handle end of my Husqvarna mower. 2. Be sure to our the Amazon Prime offering of this cable. Answer:	I have the bk32 and the bk40. The bk40 comes with a removable insole that actually does provide a small amount of heal lift. Myself, I removed that insole because it made the shoes feel a bit tight. I have only had them for a couple of days so we will see if they stretch any. The bk40 also has more aggressive tread, analogous to an all-terrain versus a street tire... They definitely provide a little less "ground feel" than the bk32, but I find I prefer them for everyday use anyway, as I am not a runner, just someone who wore shoes as little as possible growing up and didn't cram my feet into that horrible bunion shape so many seem to have ...

Answer:	My barefooted are stronger seem to hold up better. These are a flat thin light shoe. In basic terms very similar but these have not help up as well

Answer:	I always wear a 9.5 in womens---ordered the men's 8 (why aren't there women's versions??!) and it fits but is a bit loose. I had to really tie the laces just right to get it to fit around the heel, and I do not have narrow feet....pretty standard I would say. Typically with men's to women's conversion, you order 1.5 sizes smaller (at least that's what I've always done and been told). :-)

Answer:	Your feet will not stay dry in rain. I do not run in my shoes I own a cleaning business and do where them to walk the interiors and exteriors of large properties even in the rain. They dry quickly and despite having minimal padding they have not rubbed my feet. The toe area is wide and extremely comfortable.

Answer:	I ordered a size 8 and the shoe shows 39.5 However, my Vibram fivefingers are 39. I would suggest going for the 8. Definitely don't go down a size. These seem shorter than the Merrell size 8 I tried and are a bit narrow for me in the toe box. at least returns are easy.

Answer:	They be somewhat slip resistant however they are sold as such, I would choose a shoe that has slip resistant in the description.

Answer:	3E is for extra-wide. Wide width is narrower then 3E. My regular shoe size is 9.5 EEE and 10 4E for sneakers. Anything less then that is too tight on me. If you are 3E I would stick with extra-wide only.

Answer:	It is definitely removable. It's glued in a little down the center towards the heal but if you start from the side you can peel it out. I did this to get my inserts in and put the memory foam on top. Works just fine.
