Answer:	Mine has been installed just three weeks and is said to hold 250 lbs, but I've only tested it with my own weight of 165. It is of good quality and I'm impressed with it so far. However, had I to do it over again I would have bought one rated at much less. I had to install it at a height and slope for kids. For adults I would have it much higher and a bit faster. I don't think I needed one rated for 250 lbs.

Answer:	The directions recommend that the end height be 2 ft above the height of the tallest rider. The recommended slope is 8%, so the start height would be 8% higher than the finish height. There is a lot of tension on the zip line cable to avoid the cable drooping in the middle, so you'll need something substantial as end posts. The directions recommend a tree of at least 12 inches in diameter, so I wouldn't think a 4x4 post would be enough to carry the weight of the equipment and rider.

Answer:	Yes, my cable was 70ft 4in long. However, if you decide to wrap the cable around a decent sized tree, that will shorten the overall length of the usable zip line. The kit does come with a separate 4ft wrap around cable with plastic protection sleeve to attach to a tree at one end and I used a 1/2in eye bolt attached to a 4x6 post at the other that will give you more overall length, but if you attach to a tree at both ends, it will be shorter than 70ft. There are no snaps used so the cable has to be bent back using the supplied clamps to attach to itself for security.

Question:	Can I return it for free if not satisfied
Answer:	Yes, you can. I'm pretty sure I had to buy there carabiner to hook it on with, but you can definitely add a seat. Also, I used the 60 foot on about a 40-foot space.
Question:	I can't get the line tight enough by hand, the slack causes the line to drag and can't use. Has anyone used a tool to tighten this, if so, what tool
Answer:	They just wrap around and are secured with clamps. I have mine attached to a rainbow playset on the post above the slide. Be warned for kids over 100 lbs this will cause the far end to lift a few inches during use. I attached a support beam at a 45 degree angle below the attachment location for extra security. The tension will also cause a lean to the playset.
Question:	Can you order a longer cable than you need for now until you want a longer Zipline
Answer:	If you don't have trees, or some sort of sturdy, tall structure, then I would say this is not something that you should consider.

Question:	Can I order this but for 1,000 feet or do I need to buy separate cable
Answer:	250 lbs.
Question:	Will 110 ft work with distance 104 and end tree 5 ft 2 inches
Answer:	I was able to use a drill bit to widen the hole for the rubber ends to let the cable slide through easily. I think a 3/8" drill bit should work. It did not take much. I only did it on the end where the trolley hits the spring break though. I wanted to be able to move the other end up the line if I wanted. The other end, I wore gloves with some grip and pushed the cable through the hole while twisting the rubber end like a screw. It took a few minutes but eventually it went through. Also, if the original shrink wrap on the cable comes off, electrical tape works pretty well.
Question:	I only need about 80 feet. Can i cut off what i dont need with a cable cutter
Answer:	For the 100 foot zip line by Hyponix, the weight limit is 250lbs.
Question:	Does this come with a harness or is one available to order

Question:	Can I replace the cable for a 130 ft 5/16 zipline cable with this kit? The one that came with the kit is not long enough
Answer:	Zip line don’t have to be attached to a tree. It also could be fixed on a post cemented in the ground which must be very stable for safety
Question:	What is the difference between the yellow and blue option
Answer:	No. I doubt you could stretch a 1,000’ cable tight enough to work. 1,000’ is a commercial application. You would need extremely strong towers or giant trees. Then some way of mechanically stretching the cable.
Question:	Is it possible to get replacement brake parts? The block on the cable is wearing out
Answer:	Yes, it will work well. Our zipline kit come with a 5 foot sling cable and 110 foot main cable, the 5 foot sling cable was used to wrapped around the start tree, and the 110 foot main cable should cover the distance between the two trees and the end tree's circumference, the sling cable and the main cable connected by a 12 inch turnbuckle.
