Answer:	No, these do not not come with spring clips.
Question:	Does this set of swing hardware include the proper size bolts for attachment
Answer:	Yes, it comes with carriage bolts that are long enough to go through a 6x6. However, I doubled up on the cross piece so I had to purchase longer bolts. I also bought the next size thickness as well just to give extra strength. The hole is the swing hanger are big enough to accomodate at least a 3/8 inch bolt even though they provide 1/4 inch x 6" bolts in the package.
Question:	We had a frame welded from steel pipe. Are these hangers suitable to used with steel pipe swing frames
Answer:	I am a pipefitter, if pipe is schedule 40 then it will work, use lock nuts on the bolts. Ray B

Question:	Where can you purchase the slide from
Answer:	The manufacturer website indicates that availability of their slides is now scheduled for June 15, 2020. Most retailers like Home Depot and Lowe’s who commonly carry the slides also indicate unavailable. I have not located any slides in my area

Answer:	Yes, but the kit provides instructions for a 4, deck, so you would have to plan ahead before buying lumber and make all the adjustments to the measurements. There would be low head clearance to the tarp roof when standing on the 5’ deck, so you may want to get 4x4x10’ lumber for the framing structure instead of 4x4x8’s to make the entire structure taller. You would also want to make sure you get a slide that works with 5’ deck, not the optional slide that you can order with this kit.

Answer:	You are right, I built this for my grandson I do not have access to this as I do not live close to him best I remember it was about four to five feet.

Answer:	It doesn’t seem like raw u treated wood, but it’s not fully “water resistant”. It did seem to fair well in the weather, however I noticed it did soak in the water on some places. I decided to put a coat of water sealer on it. The wood accepted the sealer well and I feel like it will now repel the water and last even longer. Not a necessary thing but I felt like it could use it.

Answer:	If you don't know, I would suggest always using a 30. Essentially, it is the potency. The more severe the injury needing Arnica the greater the need for a high potency. If my son had stitches and needed pain medication, I would give 200. If my son fell over and his knee was sore and bothersome, I would give 30. I would search 'homeopathy potencies' to get your answer and understand the difference. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I know this is a very old question, but the weight limit is a safety feature. We have had 200 lb. people swing on these with no issue. There is no guarantee that the bolt on top would hold up under the greater weight depending on the quality of the 4x6 used to mount these.Long story short, in most cases 200 lbs. should be fine on these.

Answer:	No. In order to secure to the swing beam, they must be attached with a washer and a lock nut. The metal plate on is in place to protect the hook and serves no other functional purpose that I can see.

Answer:	Home depot has a entire 60 page pdf file you can download for free(google it)page 33 and 34 shows how to install. Just use deck screws 4 on each side 2 in the top. Drill hole throught top beam, put carriage bolt all the way through top and tighten down with lock washerand nut.

Answer:	OOH! Math is a painful subject but really simple if you have a calyoomalator and revisit Mr. Pythagoras' theorem and you will get the guestimate down right. Roughly the slant(s) = 14 feet and the height will be = 12 feet (that is from the ground to the top of the horizontal beam. Using the equilateral triangle for the example which all 3 sides are equal and proposed one side is = 2a, where it would be roughly about 14 feet then the height will perpendicular to the ground intersect the bottom side which divide two segments of a and a. So if 2a squared = x + a squared, then 4 a squared = 3 a squared + a squared; one side of the equilateral triangle = 2a = 14 feet and therefore a = 7 feet and resulted of squared root of 3(7x7) = is roughly about 12 feet. IF YOUR HEAD IS HURTING AT THIS POINT...JOIN THE CLUB! So with the 12 feet as the height now you can figure out its radius for clearance of either side of the swing. Try to lay all the cut pieces on a flat surface or just draw on paper and scale your model proportionally and I hope your headache is throbbing right now...because mine is thanks alot LT.

Question:	Is this slide really 8 feet long? It says to mount it to a deck between 3'6" and 4'4", but an 8" slide seems way too long for that
Answer:	Yes it's really 8 feet long. I have used it at different elevations and it works fine. The top has a flat lip that you mount and then you can make the slide steep or less steep.
Question:	The weight limit in the amazon ad says 250lbs. But when I got the slide the instructions says 105lbs. I looked up Amazon again and it's the same slide
Answer:	Notwithstanding whatever the manufacturer or amazon says (I'm answering from out experience) the weight limit is no where near 250. It's certainly a bit more than 105, but not that much more. I have four kids and they love the slide. They go down it together and jump on it all the time. It is very durable for children, but I weigh 190 and it would buckle and give weigh if I tried to use it. I have seen some that recommend a support bean made of wood and that would likely increase he weight capacity to 250, but it is for children (12 and I under is my guess) unless it is supported with some undergirding (which is silly).

Question:	How did you choose the age ranges
Answer:	It’s individual for each child & parent to what their child can handle safely
Question:	What are the holes for on the sides and back of the wrap-loc? the directions indicate that i only use two lag bolts. do i use screws in the other hole
Answer:	Extra holes will not be used. Brackets are used on many different kits.
Question:	average cost of lumber for project
Answer:	It depends on where you go. The big box stores would be around 500 but you're getting #2 treated pine that might not be rated for ground contact so you might want to check. We ended up getting it from a local lumber supplier for 700 delivered (we had two lumber suppliers come in at this same number) for #1 treated pine rated for ground contact. The only thing we had to buy from one of the big stores was the 4x6 beam.
Question:	Anybody build project 515 with this? How did it go
Answer:	I built the project that had the house and the slide to the left. I got a slide from Costco that fit perfectly. I'm no carpenter (I'm a database programmer), and its not fully "square" in places, but I figured it out, and the little guys love it, so I'm satisfied with my efforts. I found I had to add corner bracing underneath to cut down on wobble. It wasn't bad, but it creaked, and once I added a few diagonals, it was gone. I also added a rock-climbing wall the whole height of the wall facing the swings - I simply screwed 2x4's cut to length onto the 4x4 with a 1/4" gap or so, then screwed on the hand/foot holds that I got in a set of 12, also from amazon... it went well with the hand-holds I already had. I also used the overhang to support a rope climbing ladder which the little guys love.

Question:	Can someone please tell me how far to hang the hooks apart
Answer:	We just hung them on our existing swing set.
Question:	How many inches wide are the swing seat
Answer:	The swing seat is actually 24" but it is flexible and the hangers are 17-18" apart so the seat width is about 14". Hope this helps.
Question:	how far apart should two swings be
Answer:	I put mine at least an arm length apart as the kids stretch their arms and they can swing side way sometimes. At least 3 feet apart I'd say.
Question:	How does the swing attach to the set? Do i need to buy carabiners or s hooks, or does the swing chain come with them
Answer:	It doesn't come with them so you need to buy them too. Either s hooks or carabiners or something like that would work, just be sure they're rated to handle enough weight.
