Answer:	The red part of the slide measures 44" from top to bottom. the blue steps are 23" inches high . The actual channel that the child sits in to slide down is 10" across. Hope that helps!

Answer:	21" wide across, outside to outside. The bottom width will flare out to 28" at the base.
Question:	It says you need an extra 2x4 for installation. mine came with no instructions. no mounting screws. nothing. where does the 2x4 go
Answer:	You need to stake the end into the ground for stability. A two foot 2x4 stake pounded into the ground on the inside front of the slide, then a screw or two thru the slide into the stake. Be sure the screws are way at the bottom so a child doesn't get caught on them!

Answer:	Yes- This comes with it's own air pump. The air pump is great too! This whole slide can blow up in minutes. The cord to the air pump is very long too (which is helpful!)
Question:	Does the blower have to be plugged in to an outlet? I want it for a park party, not outlet in the park
Answer:	Yes..needs an outlet but sometimes parks have a pavillian with electric plug ins.
Question:	When purchasing this item direct from Amazon.com, does it come with balls? If so how many or is that a additional purchase
Answer:	It did not come with any balls. A bag of 200 balls can be purchased at Toys R Us for $30. Not sure of the price on Amazon.
Question:	Is the blower too loud to use indoors? Since we are looking at using it in a gym, it cannot be anchored. Would this be a stability prob
Answer:	We use it in an unfinished basement. It’s not so loud that it will damage anyone’s hearing, but can be annoying. I lowered it by putting the blower inside. Big cardboard box and cutting holes for airflow. Dampens it a bit. I also attached 10 lb weights to the anchor points so it doesn’t move around so much.

Answer:	Personally for the safety of our children we would not use this in concrete steps. We have it coming off of a wooden platform on the swing set. It ends in the grass. It’s a good sturdy slide as described.

Question:	My concern is that with the two pieces and a seam in the middle, clothing could get caught on the seam being a safety risk? Anyone have this happen
Answer:	The edges of the seam are so well rounded and It fits together so well there's no problem with catching. We love ours. It's very sturdy, solid, and safe. It was our second choice because of it needing to be assembled but it's so much more rigid than the single piece slide we bought and returned first.

Answer:	yes.....Its very safe...My kids love it
Question:	Is it normal for water to collect inside the inflatable (not just in the pool
Answer:	Yes, this is normal, when you are done just keep running it until it dries. I do recommend moving it to a place that isnt saturated with water from when you were using it.
Question:	How does it drain, through a hose or just spills out as it deflates
Answer:	spills out from the lower front part as it deflates but water does remain trapped inside so you have to hang it up to dry for a while before packing it away.
Question:	Is this slide big enough for teens to also enjoy? I'm buying for my 2 year old daughter's birthday, but there will be several teens @ party as well
Answer:	No it isnt It was smaller than I expected and my 11 year old grandson was to big for it Also it really doesnt hold more than 3 kids at a time before it starts collapsing

Answer:	I dunno about in the washing machine but probably I think you can take the liner out and like hand wash them with a brush. It’s all plastic

Answer:	Inside height wear heel sits in shoe is approximately two inches. So it comes up so you don’t have to worry about heel slipping out of shoe. The shoes do run about half size small. They don’t make half sizes so the shoe maybe snug or little bigger if you buy next size up. I went with little snug not so bad it hurts toes though. Easy slip on though because shoes heels are flexible enough to slide on with very little effort.
