Set up Guide: (Refer to the TV manual for detailed instructions. )

1. Connect the end (F male) of attached coaxial cable to ANT / IN connector at the back of the TV or DVB-T tuner.

2. In the TV's setup menu, set the tuner mode to "Antenna" or "Air".

3. In the TV's setup menu, set TV to "scan" for channels. This can sometimes be listed as auto-program, auto-scan, channel search or channel scan.

4. Placing the television aerial higher or close to a window may result in better reception. Please scan the channels again whenever you move the aerial.

Kindly Noted:

1. If your TV doesn’t have a built-in tuner, a Set Top Box is needed to pull in HDTV signals.

2. Reposition the indoor antenna in a different location. Re-scan signal every moving. It is suggested place it closer to a window.

3.If the signal is not satisfying or only a few channels are available, try connecting or removing the amplifier. (You can Remove the Detachable antenna amplifier if your house is within 20 miles range from the tower. We do NOT Recommend to use this amplifier or booster if your house is very close to the broadcast tower and the signal is already very strong.)

4. The number of channels that's highly depends on the distance and location. Areas with large obstructions such in valleys, mountains,etc, or the trees and weather will reduce effective range.

The frame is very sturdy, though it's hard to get enough clearance for silks/inversions. Great for the hammock, not as versatile for Silks.

Answer:	It is 1 meter, but ... you are not hanging right under the top bar, you are positioned mostly midway below, and the range of motion is way more than a normal full "hanuman" stretch of the legs of any normal person.

Answer:	Hi - It is made from rock-solid aluminum alloy material.
Question:	What are measures for arms with handlers? Is it possible to change the length of the handle
Answer:	I made some custom legs that lowered the heigh by 1 foot for a total of 7 foot 10 inches. Here's a material list: I bought qty four of 22" sections of 1 3/16" 6061 aluminum round stock which has an OD of 1.187" where as the 30mm has and OD of 1.180". It has a slightly tighter fit which reduces the flex. That will be drilled and tapped to M8x1.25 threads with 20" between centers. That matches the existing tubes that have 7/8" holes from the end of the tubing.
Question:	How can I wash the hammock? Are there any special instructions
Answer:	If you choke a very short span set or hand loop (available from circus equipment suppliers like aerial essentials or firetoys) it doesn't slide. That's how I set it up. Please keep in mind that choking the material does reduce the rating so it cannot hold as much weight, so it's important to buy quality materials and make sure the rating is high enough. To choke the loop, lay the loop over the top bar, then pull one end of the loop through the other and pull until it's tight. I've also had success using sling loops wrapped multiple times around until I could clip the carabiner through both ends very close to the bar. Also FYI, make sure all of your carabiners are high quality and either autolocking or screw gate. A lot of yoga swings come with very cheap, unsafe carabiners. I would NOT recommend this for setting up a regular swing set.

Answer:	Thank you for your question. The longest one has fixed length around 49'', middle one is 30'' and the smallest one - around 9,5''. All three are connected to the carabiner on the top. You cannot change the length. But, 2 extension straps are included in the set - 50'' each, 10 loops each. It is easy to adjust arms to the height which fits you the best. The ideal spot for hanging aerial yoga hammock using extension straps should satisfy next conditions:

- It should support twice your body weight for security reasons.

- You need to have minimum 2 ft. of free space in each direction.

- Daisy chains ropes or ceiling suspension hooks should have around 2 - 2.6 ft. between them.



You can also find your individual perfect distance in a next way:

- Spread your hands to make 90 degrees between your hands and your sides
