Answer:	From 0-10 for oiliness with 10 being the most, the outer layers will have to be a solid 1 but if you were to break into the cube, it will step up to about a 3 to 4. All in all, it is not really oily and just FYI I don't recommend this to pros because of the crunchy middle layers.

Answer:	Ok, this is going to involve math. :) The tiles are two feet by two feet. That's 4 square feet, so take the number of square feet in the package, and divide by 4. The 96 square feet package, for example, is 96/4=24. Thus, there are 24 tiles in the 96 square foot package. Measure the length and width of your room. If you don't want to cut a tile, round the length *down* to the nearest two feet. If your room is 13 feet 7 inches, round down to 12 feet. Then, since each tile is two feet square, divide that by two. You'll be able to fit up to six tiles along that 13 foot 7 inch wall without cutting anything. Do the same for the other wall. If you can fit six tiles along one wall, and four tiles along the other, you can fit up to 24 tiles in the room without cutting. If you instead want to cut the edges off of some tiles and go full wall-to-wall, round *up* to the nearest even number instead. So, that 13 foot 7 wall would round up to 14 instead. My whole house is tile and i was starting insanity and T25. the first day they slid around a bit but then i put a few strips of double sided tape down and it hasnt moved an inch in 60 days of insanity and none have separated. i did end up having to put duct tape in a 4' x 4' section in the middle because of my shoes were ripping the foam while doing burpees and suicides but its in great shape now.

Question:	I don’t understand how the pieces do not fall off when you’re rolling it
Answer:	As you roll up the felt like surface of the mat holds the pieces and they retain their position on the surface. There could be a little movement but not worth worrying about. This mat works pretty well to sow you to remove your work from the table and to establish it at another location or store it temporarily and restore it to the table you started on.
Question:	Can this be trimmed to a smaller size
Answer:	This mat cannot be trimmed to smaller sized for the size of puzzles I buy. I want some room around the edge of the puzzle I am working on so that those pieces remain on the mat when I roll it up to store until next day.
Question:	How do I get the creases out
Answer:	I pressed it with a steam iron putting a damp cloth between mat and flat iron. Hope this helps.

Question:	How do you make the pump work
Answer:	Two tips came with the pump: a white tip that was in the package with the pump, and a needle tip, which was stored in the pump handle. The white tip works best. Screw the white tip onto the pump and then insert the tip into the bag to inflate.

Question:	How do you put the glue sheets on the back of a completed puzzle? The instructions aren’t clear to me. Thank you
Answer:	STEP 1: Flip your assembled puzzle over so the back face is up. STEP 2: With the picture - side down, lay out the permanent adhesive sheets on the puzzle back to see how you will apply them. Trim if necessary. Overlap each sheet about 1/2 inch (1.3 cm). Do not extend adhesive sheets beyond puzzle edges - keep the adhesive edge 1/8 inch (.3 cm) away from all the puzzle edges. Question:	In what country is this made
Answer:	The felt mat was made in CHINA. :-( I have to admit the mat quality is very good. The plastic air tube looks just OK. I haven't used that part yet. I am dismayed that it was made in China but perhaps when we convince American manufacturers to step up, that might change.
Question:	the product didn't come with any instructions. How do I get instructions
Answer:	I have no idea how to get actual instructions, however, I just inflated the tube without using the little gadget that supposedly (operative word here) would work. You just place the gray felt on the surface where you are working and when finished for the day place the cloth over the puzzle and roll it up using the tube. Then you put the whole thing in the black case. The white sheets are if you want to mount your finished puzzle. I hope this helps.

Question:	Will shoes rip these up when working out
Answer:	I think that heavily depends on the types of exercise you are doing and if the mats are on top of a carpeted surface or a flat hard surface. If you are planning to do any quick movement and change in direction they might have some trouble stay interlocked but for example jumping jacks with shoes on is completely fine. They are durable enough for that.
Question:	would these work on a cement basement floor to provide padding/safety under swings that are hanging from floor joists? Kids love swinging indoors
Answer:	I think this would be a good option. The padding is firm but it does give. I would make sure you get thick ones. At least 3/4” maybe 1” thick. Maybe start with a few pieces before ordering a whole floors worth.
