Answer:	Yes. Well not in one week, but I already had one exchanged and both of them have deteriorated within 2-3 months. It has a plastic part/sleeve right before the connector that you plug into your phone, and on each side of the plastic there is a small hole (that’s how it was designed). After about 2-3 months of normal use, that hole rips apart. I also had similar issues with prior versions. I have no idea why they put the hole there if it rips apart after using it normally for a short time..:

Answer:	The "shooting action" is via optical response. There is no projectile. It must have line of sight to work. Lots of fun for kids. I'd say 7 and up. Tank dies after 3 hits and can be reset via remote.

Answer:	I have no idea - your tank will break LONG before the buttons wear out. My husband even figured out a way to staple the roller together to make it last a little longer. My advice - spend a little more and get a tank that will actually work more than a few days.
