Answer:	It does have a little charge. I used the gas up routine with my grandson. Just to let you know, the foam wheels pick up every hair and dirt on the floor/rug. It cleans well with a lint roller.

Answer:	This is a crazy fun car for kids. That being said the front tires don't steer. The left and rigth tires turn at different speeds like a tank to turn. So its not very precise turning, it turns a little too fast to make accurate turns in my opinion. Its not built to race around a track though. It runs over everything and doesn't damage anything it hits Is a perfect kids indoor rc. Can't go wrong for the money.
