It's the same color as the vault and somewhat flexable. I really like this product because it's solid and air tight so it keeps the contents fresh. I get the smell of fresh dog kibble every time I open it.

Answer:	There seems to be a inability for some people to understand the difference between volume and weight. I'll give you a example before i answer the question. This container can fit a 1000lb of... feathers. Different substances have different volume and so it depends on your dog food. A lot of space is wasted with some pet foods because of the size. I will tell you I can fit two 50lb bags of horse feed in one container easily but the feed is compact and there is not much waste air space. But when sizing up a container you have to remember it is based moreso on your feed/pet food than on what it can potentially hold.

Answer:	I think this works as intended, but honestly, I’m not 100% sure. The reason for the speculation here is the neighbor’s dog’s reaction to the sound. I bought this because the dog ruins any time we spend outside. It barks and barks and barks and barks. The neighbors leave it outside for hours on end, with endless amounts of barking. We have two dogs which are an absolute joy to be around, this other dog? Not so much. It doesn’t really seem to phase the neighbor’s dog, so idk if this is a “product issue” or the dog is just dumb. I’d recommend giving this a shot though!
