I also would not recommend wearing the watch in the shower where the hot water may fog up the screen or something. |

| Answer: | If you mean you want to start a timer for when you start running, yes. The watch will count from 0 seconds to whenever you want to stop the timing. As far as I know, the watch does not do a count-down timing. (As in, you set a timer for 20 minutes and an alarm beeps after 20 min.) You can only set an alarm for a clock time, such as at 6:00 pm.
