All you need to do is pair one remote to a quadcopter and once the remote and the drone is paired then you can move on to the other one. Once I had done that, amazingly, their email started working. "Dear buyer We are very sorry for the delay in reply. (Because our mailbox has no upgrade capacity, a large part of the mail automatically enters the trash bin)." This was much longer than this, but you get the gist. Anyway, once I did this, they asked for my address and I had a second battery in a couple weeks. TL;DR Annoy the crap out of them and you'll get your battery.

Answer:	The seller and other users are conflating 5G wifi with 5G cell service. In this instance they are talking about WiFi. 5G WiFi is just 5 gigahertz or 5 Ghz, also known as 802.11n or 802.11ac, and has been around for many years. If you have a phone that was produced in the last 4-5 years, it should be compatible with 5 GHz WiFi (there are some exceptions). 5G cell service on the other hand is VERY new, and almost no phones have it (as of late 2019). Unless you paid $1500 for your phone, you don't have 5G cell service, but the good news is that you don't need it for this product.

Answer:	That is only one of the glaring deficiencies of the manual. It's worthless. The camera can only be adjusted manually before flight. That's one of the reasons this drone is so cheap. If you want gimbals, you need a Mavic Air or Pro drone.

Question:	Can you put in both batteries at the same time
Answer:	Make sure you're using the correct app. There's several different types so don't let that fool you. You should get a card with a QR code attached to the controller. Scan that with your phone and download the app it gives you. Next you'll connect your phone wifi to the drone. It may say that the device may not stay connected. Ignore that and choose "stay connected anyway". Open your app and you should see video stream. Hope this helps.
Question:	Does this device work with Android phones
Answer:	Download the app for the drone and install. Turn on drone then controller. Go to your setting on your phone or tablet. Go to wifi connections and chose the Simrex. Once connected. Then open the simrex app. On the reciever 1st push up and then down on the left joystick. You should hear a beep. Then you pull both joysticks down and in towards themselves. (Meeting in the center of reciever.) The blades should start turning. Then just push left stick up to take off. If it still won't start blades try pressing the right top button on the rear by the device holder. Hope this helps you.

Answer:	I think you are referring to the trim buttons. They are used to correct slight inaccuracies with the amount of lift, yaw, pitch, or roll. For example, if the drone is losing altitude with no input from you, push the altitude (lift) trim button up one click at a time until it stops falling. If it is creeping forward, push the pitch button downward one click at a time until it stops. If it creeps in the other direction you've gone too far. I hope this helps.

Now i do not know how i did that, and i have not gotten chance to play with the drone since i received. Looking to get on the drone today or by the end of this weekend. One thing for sure....Make sure your batteries are fully charged and your in a huge opening outside....mainly a PARK or open field with no obstruction in the way. just by holding and the blades spinning has alot of force so much i noticed the blades spun way faster then in just sitting down. • A: When the E58 is offset during flight, you can click on the Fine-tune button of reverse direction until the problem is solved.
