Answer:	The label on the whey protein powder indicates that one scoop (47g) is one serving and the container (32 ounces) yields 17 servings per container. Generic recipe on the container says "Mix 1 scoop with 6-8 ounces of water, juice, or milk..... if mixed with 6 ounces, the yield for the whole container would be about 8 by my calculations - if mixed with 8 ounces of liquid, it would fill more 11 ounce bottles. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The chocolate is my favorite flavor, followed by the cafe latte. I don't find it to be too sweet. I am lactose-intolerant, so this is my "chocolate milk". The PP shakes don't upset my stomach.

Answer:	My personal favorites are caramel, vanilla cafe latte and banana in that order. Pumpkin spice was also tasty in small quantities (I've piecemealed my order since October). Peaches and cream and strawberries and cream were just okay but based on smell and their sacrine sweet taste i felt like i was drinking something akin to a scented candle. As for the choco varieties, i have yet to find a chocolate protein shake i like, this was no different. Yuck! Im not a fan of cinnamon so i skipped cinnamon roll all together.

Answer:	Milk protein and lactose are two different things. A person with lactose intolerance can still have milk protein. Milk protein is a protein and lactose is a sugar. The ingredients indicate only 1g of sugar, but list sucralose. Sucralose is a sugar, so this is where the 1g of sugar is coming from. Ensure Max Protein drinks also list 1g of sugar with sucralose listed as a sugar and it is suitable for lactose intolerance individuals. I have not had the Premier Protein shakes, but I've had the Ensure Max with no problems and I am lactose intolerant.

Answer:	Hi Macca - My husband has had a feeding tube since 2011. We use Benecalorie for additional protein. It's a dense liquid that needs to be thinned with about 2-3 oz of water and should be mixed with another product since it's so concentrated. We mix it with Boost VHC for additional nutrition. Question:	would this change the flavor of chicken soup? Would it visibly thicken it
Answer:	If it was a small bowl or cup it would definitely thicken it and change the flavor. I don't think I would put it into a broth, but that is just me. I originally thought since it was such a small amount I could throw it in 8oz. of orange juice and it basically floated to the top.

Answer:	It does appear to do that , theres so little of,I mix mine with a concentrated protein drink. I make this into a container that I add some water to and pot it into the peg tube.
