Answer:	Hi Karl,There are a total of 16 flower/season tiles. 8 of them will have the seasons written on the tile (two each of SPR, AUT, WIN, SUM). The other 8 will only have numbers 1 through 4 (with four tiles having red numerals and four having black numerals). You can use either set of 8 flower/season tiles during game play. The other 8 are spares. It's very easy for a newcomer to the game to think that there is something wrong with the flower/seasons tiles because of the above described differences, however, the above described characteristics are 100% correct and normal. Answer:	I'm sorry...not understanding the question. Racks are removable from the case, as shown in picture. Everything is removable from case. Has extra tiles.

Answer:	I don't see anything like that in the booklet, but there are a couple of blank tiles that you can use as replacements.

Answer:	We play with 2, 3, or 4 players. We probably aren’t playing by the “official” rules. I’d guess you say we have “family rules” but we’ve been playing this way for 35+ years. My teenagers and young adult son have started playing. It’s cool to have three generations of family members enjoy playing a game together.

Answer:	Yes, everything you need to play is included in this set, and there is a instruction book too. however, you do still need to purchase a year 2020 Mah Jongg Card from National Mah Jongg League or through Amazon, so you know what games to play. This card you need to buy every year as League changes games a little every year.

Answer:	Honestly, off white, not pure white (I have friend w/ those), but not too yellowish/ivory either. I like the color

Answer:	The push racks are really sturdy and held all of our tiles perfectly. Each tile was imprinted. We played with it several times and am very satisfied! Joker tiles were def. included.
