Question:	Would this be interesting enough to a just turned 6 that has been playing regular adult monopoly for almost a year already? To simplistic or perfect
Answer:	The game is a lot like regular Catan, with a few rule changes here and there. The strategy aspect is well-represented, and the game plays through much faster, making it more accessible for kids, who don't always have the greatest attention span. Practically speaking, having a 'ghost pirate' instead of a 'thief' and how that changes that aspect of the game was something I found I liked, given that I play the game with my 5 year old. The game does hold the interest of older -- 17 & 18 -- boys, and as an adult I find that I can easily play it. I can't judge for you, as I don't know your child's strengths and weaknesses, but hopefully what I noticed can help you make a decision!
Question:	How is it possible to get 7 lairs on the board to win with 4 players? We couldn't fit more than 5 tops before the board was full. Who wins then
Answer:	Good question. There may be an official way to continue that I didn't notice in the rules but we do it one of a couple ways. If we want the game to be over, the player with the most lairs wins. On a tie, the player with the most coco chips wins. If still a tie it is a dice roll off. If the kids want to keep playing the two players with the least amount of lairs clears their game pieces from the board and the game plays out with the two remaining players.
Question:	I have 5 & 6 year old girls, do you think their age could handle this game? Could they play it without adult supervision? How much reading is there
Answer:	They would be able to handle it themselves...once they understand the rules. Though this is the Junior version of the game, there are still a few rules. My 7 year old kind of makes things up he doesn't remember when I'm not playing, but he still has a good time with his friends that are around his same age. If you're willing to play it a few times to help them learn the rules, then this game would be enjoyable to them by themselves. There's not much reading once you know the rules. Just rolling the dice and moving your pieces depending on what you roll.

Question:	How long does this game take to play
Answer:	Hi, Vicky from the gotrovo crew here! The game really can be as long or as short as you like. There are options for laying a shorter or longer trail by varying the number of clue cards used (the map allows for different trail lengths). You can also increase the length of the hunt by making clues harder to find. The instructions give you tips on how to do this. If you want to play the game quickly you can set it up in a few minutes and conclude it in 10 minutes, but harder hunts and team games can last much longer. Generally we find kids want to keep laying trails and can be entertained for a couple of hours (in fact the biggest criticism we get from buyers is their kids never want to put the game away!). It's great to let older kids lay trails for younger ones, and they can all be entertained together for as long as they want. We send out an ebook after purchase with even more hints and tips to help you get the most out of your Gotrovo plus there are other items in our range to complement your Gotrovo for use at parties or to mix it up further like our fab physical forfeit sheets which get kids bouncing around even more (ensuring a sound nights sleep)! Question:	Can this game,be enjoyed simultaneously by an 8 yr old, a 5 yr old and a 3 yr old, or does it need to be okayed with like-aged kids
Answer:	Good Morning! This is one of the things that makes GoTrovo special - you can pick clues of varying difficulty to lay in a single trail/game so that each child tackles the ones that suit their ability and all are part of finding the treasure. For instance your 3 year old will be able to identify the objects/places from the picture clues and lead the charge to the next location. If the next clue you have set out is a riddle the 8 year old can read this out loud and they can all solve together. Your 5 year old will love the picture/word clues but can make an attempt at the simpler riddles too! You can also give the younger child the loot bag to collect the gold coins and then another child can be chief 'map reader'. With 7 children between myself and my co-creator, we designed this to be perfect for siblings of different ages to play together since that was a problem we were each having in our own homes. In time your 8 year old will enjoy laying the trail for his/her younger siblings and you can sit back and relax :). Question:	How easy would this be to use at a birthday party on short notice? How much time is needed to prep before playing
Answer:	Not much time needed at all after the initial setup of the game pieces. My kids (5 and 7) set it up for each other all the time and just spend hours playing treasure hunters, if you've got 10 minutes you can easily set it up. It might even be fun to have the kids set it up for each other as the party goes on they can make teams and if you have another activity have one group do that in one room while the others set it up for them through the rest of the house.

Answer:	It might not be clear that this expansion expands the 3-4 player Catan (or Settlers of Catan game). Question:	Can this expansion be used with 5-6 player expansion
Answer:	Similar to Catan: Gain more territory in order to collect more resources to build ships (which get you points) or buy points with gold. First to 10 points wins. Different from Catan: Combat - In order to gain more territory you have to take them over via ship combat. You can also combat other ships and if you sink them gain points. Chance - Although in Catan there is some chance as to what resource you get based on what you roll, there is 100% chance in Plunder as you get a random resource per each island you own. Treasure Cards - There are treasure spots around the map. When you land on them you could get a resource, a negative affect on the other players, or even a negative effect on yourself. Overall it's a fun game. The whole family enjoys it. My negative is there is a lot of chance to it. Personally I prefer more strategy. But again, the rest of my family loves it. The pirate theme is a fun.
