Answer:	So unfortunately Amazon will not handle any replacements of equipment for this item. They will however refund your money (when they see fit) I am almost 3 weeks in and have yet to receive my refund, in order for you to repurchase the item and hope for the best.
Question:	Can you replace the batteries? Just received today and only one ball lights up
Answer:	In our experience, these are not very sensitive to activation. We usually need to drop on a hard surface for the light to turn on. If it doesn't work, you should try returning before the return window closes or contact the seller to see if they will replace the defective ball.
Question:	How long do the balls and lights last? Are they like the glow necklaces that stop working after a while
Answer:	The balls light up when tapped or bounced, stay lit for a bit with a nice glow. More than a year later the balls still light up with no indication this will stop anytime soon. I would recommend this game for all ages, can be played alone or with a group.

Hard floor or 2 Balls Impact activate an internal Led mechanism and light-up balls remain lit for at least 2 minutes - only then turn off It's a smart electronics activate internal timer with ball impact. Use over and over again till the battery is empty (around 40 hours of use)
